Alward's Market Makin Bacon

I was unsure of what streak to buy tonight for dinner. This man was very nice and very helpful!
When I got home and cooked it…. It was the best most tenderest steak I have ever had in my life!!!! Thank you!!!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable smoking my first set of baby back ribs on my new smoker. He took the time to make sure I knew the process and had what I needed for a successful smoke. I can't wait to smoke them tomorrow and return there next weekend for my pork shoulder to make pulled pork for Father's Day. Also I can't wait to taste their in house spice rub.

Best smoked salmon in Michigan as far as I'm concerned! Great selection of meats and staff was friendly and tentative. Large selection of other grocery. But I go for the meats!

The most amazing smoked meats and bacon. A great selection of wines. Plus they have their own line of preserved and pickled products. The pickled brussel sprouts were amazing!

There was a long line but they got us right through, two pounds of bacon and 1 pound of breakfast sausage later. It was amazing and delicious. Made an awesome bacon wrapped pork loin over the fire.

Awards is my favorite grocery store, for many reasons: the BACON, the deli, fresh meats, abundance of frozen sea food selections, the affordable prices, fresh produce, Michigan products, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. It's just a treat to shop here and if you're a Veteran there's a special spot reserved just for you!

This is a fantastic place to pick up beer, brats and booze! Lots of other good stuff too.

I sure do love my local meat market. Been shopping there since I was too young to even drive. I recommend everybody and I mean everybody that can get the opportunity to get in there at least once. Definitely get you at least a pound of the bacon that they make in-house. Every single person that works in that place is an absolute angel on this Earth always a wonderful experience when I go in there I love their meat bundles and all the sales that they put out every week. In other words I'm just happy as hell that that place is in my little town

We always buy our meats at Alwards. Homemade bacon breakfast sausage is a must try. Good selection. Absolutely love their chocolate covered bacon. Good assortment of grocery items. Never have been disappointed in close to 15 years of shopping there. Good wine selection, too and premium liquors. Friendly and helpful staff.

The butchers compassion for his job was a selling point when we bought his short ribs. They need a camera crew in there ASAP to share these amazing meats and the love that goes into them.
