The young lady at counter was very helpful and nice..and Edwin came out to help me with my bulb chsnge..and he was so smart,nice,and helpful too..I offered to but him a coffee next door..but he politely said no thank you..I have coffee inside but he appreciated " he came out to help right away and was happy to help.

Wow, the management team at this AutoZone has provided the most outstanding service. Saying that George and Prince went above and beyond is an understatement. Our vehicle died while passing through Grand Rapids and we landed at this shop in hopes of needing just a battery change, unfortunately it was more than that. Our visit occured on a Saturday when all mechanic options were closed for the weekend. George made a few calls to friends and found us a local, mobile mechanic who was able to fix our car in the parking lot. Without this amazing team we would have been stranded in the area for multiple days as we waited for the local shops to reopen for the week.

Shout out to the Manager Lady (our daughters have the same name lol). It was closing time and she helped me change my rear lights. I am so grateful and appreciative, thank you so very much! God bless you always! YOU went over and beyond customer service!!

okay... here we go, AutoZone parts some decent parts you can get from them and then there's some awesome parts you can get from them stick with the duralast spend extra money... long as you knowing are asking for help from some of the AutoZone personnel. things sometime go well.... do the work like you know what you're doing because your parts are there... the rule is they don't have it they can get it any parks anywhere AutoZone is always there........ or good slogan there is no other parts AutoZone is always their closing a little bit too early.... if it's only it was 7 a.m. to 7 that'll be just right..... Orland you might have to make a left depends on which way you coming to go to the store.. 😆

The store was shorthanded but still took time to give me a good customer experience. It's my local place and getting treated like they appreciate the business will keep me coming back.

Mr. Banks was a HUGE help. I went in after learning my battery was bad after only having had it for 10 months! It turns out the AutoZone on Alpine replaced my old battery with a USED one instead of a new one. Mr. Banks took care of me quickly and was easily and I left one happy camper. Thank you MR. BANKS!!!!!!

They were a little slow for instore customers while dealing with peoplle on the phone iwas always taught its better to have one bird in the hand than two in the bush but over all they knew what they were doing

Mr banks provided top tier customer service coached me and my lady on how to install headlights, grateful for it.

The lady at the register was absolutely fantastic!!!!! Helped me out, made sure I knew what I was doing and got me set up with everything when my car was low in oil!!! The eat customer service!

If you dread going into this autozone location because it takes too long to get service, there is a self check out counter that makes your trip easier if you are going in for items you can pick up yourself

This place saved me and my vehicle. The staff at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for . I was pleased and will be returning.
