They are good people. They are honest people. They are very good people and they are good service and always. They have a beautiful smile from window from drive-through from front desk. Thank you so much for the girl her name is Zina. She do very good job at the window.

I went though the drive thru and this lady named Zina was very nice and she gave lovely service when she had a nice smile and was I give her 5 stars

Great service and people always make it right the first time and the morning crew make my morning perfect coffee every morning

I have visited some other Tim Hortons locations, and this specific one it has better prices and better flavor food. I love the double bacon and sausage wrap, one of my favorite breakfast combo
I will highly recommend this location, service is quick even though the line is big.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming and great service. we came here late at night but since they were understaffed they dont have time to clean and everything was messy.

I just had the best honey dip donuts ever. They were so light and tasty! I hope they always are this good in the future. Great job!

First if all. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I'm a fan of Tim Horton. The man knows how to brew some coffee. However this store in particular is hands down thee best. Coffee is always super fresh. I'm always greeted with a smile. I visit here anywhere from 1 to 3 times a day. Even though they are busy at times. They always handle the rush quickly. If more stores were like this one maybe Starbucks would go out of business. Give them all raises!!! And me some free coffee!!!

I have been to these stores many times before. usually because I needed gas and they were part of a gas station situation....and personally this is the only reason I go to them.

It is't because they are not good and clean and well presented places ....they are ...it is just how I personally do things...but...at the same time it sure is great to have these places by the gas stations when one comes in late night...or...early morning...with their great bakery item and coffee scents filling the air...and lots of good things to eat!

Also been spending time lately around midnight. I stay for 4-5 hours. No one bothering me!
People working here are nice.. especially Oriana. She's the best.

I only come to this location because it's the only Tim Hortons that actually makes coffee the right way and always taste good! Very friendly staff and super fast! Never disappointed when I come here.

Was greeted an waited on promptly. Also when waited on I was asked questions to qualify me so I could get what I wanted and they made the order the way I ask with egg whites even though it originally does not picture tge order thus. Coffie was good even though I did not add the cream or sweetner. It was as if my spouse made it knowing what I'd liked.

This 18 mile & Mound unit was packed & lined up onto 18 mile. Choosing to park, I was 2nd in line. Enjoyed a perfectly decorated pumpkin spice doughnut & hot coffee. The doughnut looked better than their marketing. I was early for a meeting @ 9 nearby and this Tim's kept me that way with a great team.

I have never seen a lazier group of people! Trying to pick up an order and they are telling me I'm at the wrong address! Best to make the coffee at home people 😒

I’m a often customer and come In daily, I’ve notice that the management (lady named sibba) is terrible, rude and always messing up my order. I learned to go in late at night and get my coffee, the young lady Nicole is a gem and always super sweet.

Hey Coffee for Real Down to Earth folks.
One I patronize is across 12 Mile from a Starbucks.. non of the snooty mom's in the BMW's sticking out in the road (morons in the morning ☘)

I always get my coffee from them, it’s one of the best Tim Hortons in Sterling Heights. Their staff are nice and professional! Keep it up guys!

This location makes people forever just to order. I have in line for 10min just to order a coffee I will never come back to this location or any other locations. If this how employees suppose to treat their customers like this way NO WAY.
