Larry and his team were hands down the best option for me and my family. Just from our first interaction, I knew that Larry was going to ensure that we got the most out of our property but more importantly that he and his team would walk us through the whole process. His experience and familiarity with the market allowed us to do minimal work to our home while still making it a desirable property for its next owner. His son Jake took extra time via social media to create more buzz for our open house which in return helped attract more buyers. His assistant Dana was there every step of the way to answer questions and again had our best interest in mind every time. Larry's different connections within the community helped with several things including low dumpster prices, affordable help with any repairs we needed to complete, as well as showings from interested buyers before we even listed on the market. If you're thinking about selling your home or even purchasing a new home, Larry and his team are the way to go. They made the entire process smooth from when we first called all the way to when we closed, from answering texts late at night to making exceptions for things that any other realtor wouldn't have.
