Sometimes things go wrong, and it’s in those times people handling our concerns matter the most… I sold my home through this office, managed by broker Gene Szpeinski. I had a very repetitively negative experience with my agent, but changing agents was not a time practical solution… Here at KW Rivertown, I had an issue that was causing escalating concerns… The details of the issue aren’t particularly relevant, but I did have some fault, for which I personally took action to remedy. However, that was not enough to resolve the issue… The buyer of our home had come back post sale and was making false accusations and making extravagant demands. My agent continued to disappoint; wasn’t doing an adequate job to resolve the issue, and I was running out of plausible solutions… As a last ditch effort, I went to their office where I was well received and able to elevate my concerns. From there forward, my situation was very well handled and it quickly reached senior leadership… The receptionist was clearly proficient and attentive, her actions paved the way for resolution, and Gene was able to step away from his schedule to clearly understand the situation and offer an appropriate, professional and timely response. Of course I would have preferred no issues to begin with, the point remains, that when I needed KW Rivertown to step in and handle things their agent was failing to, I believe they did so to the absolute best of their ability. Thank you for hearing my concerns and stepping up when it mattered most!

I am quite satisfied with Keller Williams Rivertown as my home sold very quickly and for a great price. My realtor, Victor Mancuso, was a highly professional young man who seemed to love what he was doing and did all the running for me, which can be a blessing all by itself. He had a wide range of professionals working with him such as photographers, title insurance company and other realtors. I didn't even have to leave home for the closing as everyone came to my home for the sale. I can't say enough about these guys except that you need them to sell your place quick and for the most. From the first time that I talked to Kate Maryon from Keller Williams Realty Rivertown, I knew she was our gal! Both my Husband and I felt very lucky to work with her and her team as we were both not really in the mindset to buy and sell our home. We saw a house in our neighborhood that went up for sale and decided to look at it. Before we knew it, we put an offer on it and started the process. Literally that day Kate came over to our home and gave us helpful advice before listing. She reassured us that our home would sell pretty much over night and gave us an almost exact appraisal amount. She was spot on with what the bank appraised it at which told me she knew her stuff. Her team did a beautiful job taking pictures of our home and listed it within a couple days.

Kate and her team are very responsive and hard-working. There would be times that I would send an email late at night or super early in the morning and Kate was on it, answering any questions that I had or reassuring me when I felt uneasy about something. She explained things in great detail and always made sure that I completely understood everything. One thing that really impressed me about Kate was she literally had our back making sure that we were getting the best deal when selling and buying. She made the whole process about us and not about what was best for her pocket. Way too many times I have seen realtor's only think of the money for them and not really focus on what is best for the buyer or seller. To me, her honesty and loyalty towards us really said a lot about her character which to us, was important.

Michelle Coulier is the best! I cannot find enough words to express how incredible she is, not only as a real estate agent but as a person too. 1st: Dealing with me
She dealt with me a picky and somewhat unmotivated buyer. Vicky has a calm and over all relaxed selling technique which mean low pressure and told me the pro's and cons of each house which gave me the confidence to pick one in late fall.

2nd: Staff
She has one of the best home inspectors that picked apart the house and gave me a very detailed report that I will use for several years to come. She hooked me up with a mortgage broker that got me approved on a 3.65% interest rate which was great for 10/25/19

3rd: Old Owners
The Old owners screwed up on repairs after sale and she assured me that she would handle this and get everything resolved for me and everything worked out perfectly. I trust and respect her professional behavior and will recommend people to her in the future A++ Agent

Keller Williams put on an awesome Free Trunk-r-Treat event for the kids! A ton of people showed up. Our kids had a lot of fun! They are both toddlers so it was much easier for them to trunk-r-treat than go up and down stairs and walk far distances in between houses. Thank you Keller Williams!
