I was able to work with Kyle on selling my property. Kyle was open and honest through the whole process. He helped me clean up my leaves, decorate the house, and even fixed some broke tiles in the basement before closing. My first attempt on selling this house was unsuccessful, but with Kyle’s networking and marketing skills the house sold in a matter of weeks. Alright, buckle up… this could be a long one. There’s no amount of words that will do justice to Kyle and the incredible realtor and human that he is. I recently bought a house with Kyle as my realtor and couldn’t be more grateful that I had him on my side. He was so attentive, selfless, caring, and the best moral support throughout the entire process. I first met him during a phone call I made to talk about a house he was showing. Rather than pressuring me to put in an offer, he took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a house, and ultimately advised me that another opportunity would be better in line with what I was looking for. That kind of honesty blew me away, and he remained that way throughout the whole house buying process. He was entirely transparent throughout everything. It’s unbelievable how dedicated he was to helping me find the perfect home. Moving to Michigan from Chicago, he tirelessly met with me and my parents every weekend for over a month - sometimes seeing 12 houses in a day and sometimes touring houses on his own and giving me a video tour when I wasn’t able to be there in person. Never once did he complain or make me feel bad about wanting to see so many places. He even went out of his way to find off the market options! After several offers in this crazy market, I finally found my dream home. He even found me a washer and dryer and had it installed just days after moving in, knowing this was something I was anxious about not having in my new home! Trust me when I say that you want Kyle as your realtor. I would never want to work with anyone else.

Kyle was recommended by a friend, and has been the best experience to work with. Very responsive and organized. He has a great photographer, and even staged one of my properties before photos were taken. Every aspect of the process, Kyle goes the extra mile. I had a portfolio of properties and I wish I worked with Kyle sooner. I’ll only work with Kyle in the state of Michigan moving forward.

Kyle was wonderful through the whole process. He understood how important communication is during this time. He took time to answer every question we had (no matter how silly it was) and kept us updated regularly with status reports on the progress of the purchase. My daughter and son-in-law are about to start looking for a home and they will be contacting Kyle as well!
