Byron Center Ace Hardware

It's a great mom and pop hardware store that has a little bit of everything. They also sharpen chainsaw blades.

Maybe it's just me, but I recently learned they are open on Sunday (11am-4pm). This is very helpful as the next closest place is just over 10 minutes away. Always friendly staff and good selection to find those items that break around the house and need replacing ASAP.

Pretty nice ace hardware store here in the Byron center area I've been here once and they have lots of interesting products and I mostly shopped for hardware at the Rockford ace hardware store in Rockford MI but no it's called great lakes ace hardware now original owners sold the business to someone else time to retire I guess his name was Pete of the Rockford ace hardware I've been shopping at ace hardware for many years I prefer ace hardware over true value hardware stores

Clean store, well organized. Great spice selection, better than many other Ace stores in the area. Friendly, knowledgable staff.

Edward was Very helpful in getting my pressure gauge hooked up, he helped me find all the fitting I needed & even lended me a tool set to get myself back on the road, pricing is a bit high but the help that was provided was above & beyond, I am very happy.

Always nice to be able to go in a find the nut, bolt and washer that I need and actually have someone help me find what I need and offer suggestions to help me. John was so awesome and offered me good advise on my first endeavor of building a platform bed for my son.
I'll be back for sure.

I don't go to many hardware stores and don't really know about all the stuff they carry; it just isn't my thing. I went in there with a problem and left with a solution, an inexpensive one at that, in a short amount of time.

The person at the register was friendly and professional. I used a credit card and went along my merry way. Also, there's a fantastic ice cream place directly across the street that is opening for the season! Just a fun little bonus!

Like all Ace Harware stores. They really are the "happy hardware" folks. I had a tool that needed to be fixed on the fly. My associate and I were able to fix up something in the back, and it really saved the day. This is something that couldn't have been done at a big box store. Highly recommend.

I was doing a repair at a local business and needed a plumbing part. I typically don't use this store, but was treated just as if it were my local Ace in Caledonia. I walked in, was asked if I needed help, and was led right to the aisle I needed. I was in and out in minutes.

I called the store with multiple questions and Gabe was above and beyond helpful. I went to the store and he gave good tips on things to try for my project, extremely helpful!

If I need something or just some help on a project, I go here. The employees are polite and helpful. I've gotten everything from rock salt to 2 cycle oil to having them cut some plexiglass for me. Great store.

There is just something about small town hardware store that makes me happy. Personalized service and friendly helpful people. Rare to find this is today's big box world.

So so pleased service and “can do” attitude. I went to Ace Hardware down street from our house. My husband has be shopping over 30 years. Was told to come on Thursday before 8pm to have a coded keys cut for car. When I got there at 530 the man told be they were understaffed and couldn’t do it. There was me and 2 other customers and 6 employees in store.
I called and got Luke at the Bryon Center store. He told me he had cut keys but hadn’t didn’t the coded key. But would do his best.
I drove out to 84th street where there were 4 cars already there. And when I walked in there were only two workers.
A much busier store. And they were still taking time to help me. Luke even called the store manager on FaceTime to have him walk them through. The process when out at my car took 3 minutes may be 5 max.
So please with the service. I don’t mind driving out to 84th street from 44th street to get that service again.
So disappointed in the 44th street location and how there “expert” key cutter treated me.

Always great, friendly service. They have inventory of items that the big box stores often are out of stock. Happy to support my hometown store.

Great hardware store that has what you need in a pinch. Ive bought many keys from them and they have all worked great. They also have a good tool selection.

Very helpful finding what I needed, which Home Depot didn't have.

This Ace Hardware Location is the best in my opinion. Im here everyday buying supplies for work. The staff is great and they do their best to help you with what you need.
