My favorite store, i could buy something down each aisle if I was allowed too. Very pleased with options. The only thing im disappointed about is that they do not have riding lawnmowers, for a big box store I do find thus beyond odd and a turn-off when it comes to outdoor yard tools.

They offer a wide variety of goods. They have a key maker in this location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to and patio section. They have kayaks and pools available.

Update (9/10/22): They have trucks and tractors for $2.99 each.

I’ve been shopping around for flooring for a little bit and I would have to say Nick is among one of the best flooring specialist. He was very courteous and helped me get flooring items in my cart. Menards has a keeper.

They’ve got almost anything you could ask from a hardware store and decent variety. Most employees offer helpful and friendly service.

They stand behind their hand tools. My pop rivet gun lost a screw in the ground cover. Could not find the screw.
Even though I did not have my receipt Menards exchanged my pop rivet tool for a new one.

Always great shopping here and the 11% rebate doesn't hurt either!

THANK YOU LAYNE IN THE PAINT AREA!!! WOW does that kid know his stuff! Had to gather some items to build my very first climbing area for our bearded dragon. He helped me gather everything QUICKLY!!!!. He was also a walking encyclopedia when it came to the products they offer and comparable items. He is my new go to guy!

Great products. Went in for some vinyl window film. It instantly gave me more privacy(which is definitely hard to find ,here in Grand Rapids due to the over population problem)

Had an order error with some steel that was delivered to the wrong place. The general manager named Jordan worked to correct the error and contacted me personally twice to solve the problem. Absolutely excellent customer service and really appreciated his professionalism. Whoever he works for should be very happy to have him on their team.

Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days so I want to leave a shout-out here and a thank you to Menard's (Alpine) team member Eric who was so helpful to me today. He offered to carry the trim board I was purchasing and then took the time to walk me across the store from lumber to find the tile nippers I needed. So appreciated.

Menards people there,They have my upmost respect. Today was great and then my child list her iPhone and I asked two gentleman workers,"Have you seen an iPhone?" They were so nice and looked. Then I thought Wait,We went to that half moon chair thing. Then I looked and sure enough,I found it. My daughter went to the Customer Service area,They were all so nice about it. Thank you so much Menards!! You all made our day the best.

This is my go-to place for housing projects. I find that Menards is cheaper than the other two competitive stores and has just about everything I need. Pro tip: download the app to find what you are looking for, or get someone that works there to help you find what you are looking for. I've spent way too much time "looking" around the store to find what I am looking for. The app helps and is easy to use.

Clean inside and out and very helpful employees. Asked a guy for help and he was quick to offer us great service! The cashier at checkout was kinda rude, like she just didn't care to even be there... which is normal for work, so we aren't hating too bad. 🙂 But a smile can go a long way!!

We made an error when we bought new composite caps for our deck and came up short by 12pcs. We ordered more on line and we even called to verify that they had them in stock. We went over there and they had none. Very grateful for the employee who offered to cut some for us from a longer length. The job is done and it's beautiful. The Comstock Park location order#67805.

We had a wonderful experience! Cole in building materials was a pleasure to work with. We came in looking to purchase specialty siding for our whole house and were able to order everything we needed, exactly to our envisioned plans! He was patient, attentive and very quick with answering our questions. I highly recommend working with Cole!

Stopped here for plumbing supplies. The store was busy. I saw no one without a mask in the store, however some wore the mask incorrectly or down exposing their nose. Had everything we needed today. Employees were friendly and there seemed to be enough of them, so if we needed them for questions they were available.

Clean store, had what we needed and friendly staff.
