Serra Honda Grandville Service

I'm on a exceedingly limited budget. I choose Serra because every time I go in for an oil change, I trust them, they care -- and, as an avid sports fan, I have fun the sharing passion. Thanks, Serra!

I am never disappointed with my service here! I have owned Honda Pilot's since 2009 and they take good care of them. Dwain and the others in service are so kind and helpful. Never been treated like some dealerships do when a woman brings their vehicle in. Our 2006 Pilot has almost 300K miles on it!

I had my 30,000 mile checkup and an oil change. It wasn't cheap, but I want to make sure my car stays healthy. The waiting room was chilly, especially since I had to be there around 3 hours. And there were no instructions on changing the channel, so we had children's instructional programming on. But my car is good to go and that's what matters.

Can't say enough good about these guys! Very professional, they go above and beyond. We live in caledonia and take our car to Holland for service.

My experience was excellent both on the phone scheduling an appointment to have my 2018 CR-V serviced and in person. I am new to Serra Honda having recently moved back to Michigan after living in South Carolina for four years. Cody Korenstra, Service Advisor, was very personable, professional, easy to talk to regarding questions I had, efficient, and very helpful ~ all of which I genuinely appreciated. In addition, he recommended an excellent sales person who I then worked with to buy a new 2020 CR-V with AWD. I look forward to working with Cody in the future when bringing in my new car for maintenance and service. I highly recommend working with him. He is the real deal.

Dwain is an outstanding service advisor. This time, I had written the wrong appointment time in my calendar. When I showed up at the wrong time, on a very busy day, he was kind, worked me in asap, took care of everything, and called me when it was done.

Would recommend 10/10, Honda on the beltline never returned any of my calls for defective airbag replacement, called them for 2 weeks straight leaving messages with no call back. Called Honda in Grandville, they picked up immediately and got me in immediately, they were super friendly, and super fast. Recommended them to all my family and friends.

Was very satisfied with my service experience at Serra Honda. On arrival, was promptly treated with kindness and respect. Was notified when service was completed and questions were answered satisfactorily.

Haven't done price compare, but scheduled service is painless, and you get an info sheet same as a good mechanic
