Jackson Park

Excellent newer play area, lots of room to play and run. Bathrooms available during park hours and it has a water park.

Newly updated playground with an added splash pad which makes it a great place to bring the kids on those hot summer days to cool down for a bit. There's also a huge picnic seating area with shade accommodation, making it a great place to sit down/relax out of the sun while the little ones are out playing. Also, I'm very glad that the city of Wyoming's natural resource management decided to restore the original small local wetland where they had cut down/dredged to make a soccer field back when Jackson Park was once a middle school and not intermediate. That field always flooded periodically for weeks at a time during the rainy seasons due to lack of vegetation/ and other herbaceous plants that would have normally helped minimize the amount of water build up because they would have acted as a natural buffer system. I most definitely approve! Here's to hoping that it'll attract local critters and increase the overall species biodiversity by providing a sustainable habitat. Thank you soo much!

Nice clean park hidden away! Great space for kids to play and jump in the slash pad.

Awesome little park which is off the radar. It has a new play structure and splash pad with good seating and shade for parents. I've never seen more than a couple other people using the park which is nice in some ways, but bad if you want your kids to meet new friends.

Awesome park! Splash pad, playground AND bathrooms! Tucked away from busy streets, benches with little pavilion tops to stay cool, it really is the perfect spot for kids to run & play.

Cute and fun play area and splash pad. I appreciated the shade over the benches. There was a good bit of litter around which was disappointing to see.
