First of all, trucking jobs are everywhere but why should you settle, from day one everything I was told when first initially acquiring about working here I was never lied to, never had a bunch of false hopes to get me to work here, so with that being said,I started working here as an owner operator July 8th 2020, and since day one it has been a family based environment, amazing people to work with etc, if you are wanting a career somewhere that appreciates you and values you then, you should be here. As an owner operator your never forced dispatch you drive when you want to you go essentially where you want (providing) loads, your not bothered all day, no big brother type environment, just do your job and life will be good!

Not that I'm a little bias but this has been one of the best companies that I've ever worked for! They are professional, knowledgeable and always have someone I can get ahold of day or night incase of a problem!! Very important at 3am and a problem with paperwork comes up or need money to pay a lumper. They genuinely seem to care when I have an issue with a load, that's rare in today's times! I've been offered other jobs recently, but sometimes it's about more than just the money! How your treated means everything! Thanks to the whole team for making it more than just a place to work!!

I needed a good place to work for, I had many options. I had talked to my brother which also works for the company and is a retired vet. He had told me how he enjoyed working for Ultima and a Boss that cares about his drivers and equipment. I joined Ultima and gave it a try. I have experienced respect, help with problems for the job, I respectfully get home time when needed and i get great pay, not to mention a great truck that i operate. Because I Am respected and givin the opportunity to And support my needs for my family, From Ultima Transport. I try and do the best I can in my profession for Ultima Transport.

Well I've been driving truck now for about 8 years and it's sad to say that I've worked for quite a few trucking companies a lot of companies that I've worked for have told me how good they were going to treat me and promised me this and promised me that pretty much just to find out that the things that they were promised me and the things that they were saying was all lies back in 2019 I came to work for Ultima I had only work here a couple of months and they had to let me go because my driving record wasn't good and just as soon as my driving record got cleaned up I came back to work for Ultima and the funny thing about them is they never promised me anything they just did it they've treated me good they've given me decent equipment to use and anytime anything with that equipment went wrong they got it fixed right away and I can honestly say from my experience that this is one of the good companies and in today's world that is a rarity they care about me and they give me good home time nobody is perfect but I can honestly say that Ultima tries to be I'm so glad that they hired me back I'm very happy here

I’ve been working with this company for several years. They are very professional and a great team to work with! The owner and management team are very reliable and trustworthy with all of their services.

Went there to check out a few trade in trucks, seems like they keep up on their equipment pretty good and always updating with new equipment.

Wish I could give them more stars but , you can work your 70+ . The only thing the owner cares about is not working anymore. Dispatch takes 100 miles per min , never felt like they ever listen, feels more like they like to hear them self speak, just another company that will run you till you need to see a doctor, the fire you in a text message. No Balls ... DIVERS BE WHERE

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Almost got ran off the road by one of their drivers. When i call to advise them of such the dispatcher didn't have a clue what was going on and then the safety person wanted to argue with me over whether it was a man or woman driving the truck. For anyone who happens to stumble on them go elsewhere. Drivers don't follow the rules of the road and clearly that comes from the people running the show.
