This place is beautiful. There is a cute little creek there too. Stay put in the shallow areas if you are fishing on the sidelines PLEASE! There was an apparent drowning near there last month. Otherwise, great place, relaxing and beautiful.

This place is great!
The fact you have a 24 hour park here in Grand Rapids that is so nice. I like being alone and this place fits the bill.
I’ve stayed there the last couple of nights, and it’s been peaceful ,and a place to lay my head at night until I find more permanent housing.

I hope veterans boat launch lives up to its name, and continues to provide a safe place for this vet to lay my head at night.

Great launch to get up to the 6th street dam in downtown Grand Rapids. The steelhead fishing was fantastic !!

Well the river was moving quite fast, and it was windy , didn't have a boat bu fish for about half hour, did not catch nothing Waters real high.
