Friendly, honest, hardworking and knowledgeable is how I would describe Rich. Brought in my 2002 Honda whose sub frame had rusted through. Rich somehow got it off and found an used one from down south and fixed it up good as new! Anybody else would have just told me to junk it and go buy another but he was willing to give it a shot and I really appreciated that! His work is ALWAYS top quality!

I had to get my car towed all the way from Ypsilanti as my engine went out and from the very first call as I live in Sparta they were helpful. Once I got my car there they worked hard to get my engine fixed which I needed a new one and alternator. They kepted me posted during the whole process. Absolutely amazing people and great work!!!

Rich and Tara are absolutely incredible. Went in to get new rear brake pads and rotors and I cannot tell you enough how great Rich and Tara are. Definitely will be going to them for future work on my vehicle!

I can't honestly say enough GREAT things about Rich and the team here. I had brought my daughters car to another shop for transmission work and after months and thousands of dollars we still weren't able to drive the car. Brought the car to Rich and the next week we were driving our car and have the peace of mind of a warranty. They are extremely honest, reliable and do what they said they would do! I will not be taking my vehicles to ANYONE else ever again! You guys have no idea how much we appreciate everything you have done for us!

I’ve been a customer several times now and many times I have been greeted by Tara (most of the time) always with a smile,and Rich is always willing to help and a honest man, I truly feel they are a credible family owned company with great customer service!!!

First place in a while that I book an appointment for my vehicle to get looked at and is actually looked at then. Other places will give you an appointment and won’t even get to your vehicle on the time or date they gave you. So happy. Plan on taking all my vehicles there from now on.

Had to tow my car here on a whim, and service was great! They were able to get my car back to me the next day, communicated the problem and what they did to fix it, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! I’ll be using Alpine Auto Care in the future (hopefully not the too near future, though!)!

Alpine Auto did a phenomenal job on maintenance to my car. They always finish in a timely manner. They’re also honest. I brought my car in to change my brakes, and they let me know they didn’t need them yet. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Ive been taking my cars to AAC for years. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and affordable. Rich is "my mechanic". Everyone should have a mechanic they trust enough to label them as that!

This is the only car repair shop that I use. They are quick, respectable, and do good work. You can trust what they tell you without being worried that they’re going to try and find other things that need to be worked on just to rack up the price like other car places too. I always feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them.
