Kent Trails Ivanrest Trailhead

Amazing paved trail system that you could get lost in. Thankfully maps are present at some areas.

I walked and wished I was on my bike instead, but it's very clean and paved. It was pretty busy with bikers and cars, but it was a lovely walk.

Paved walking / biking trail. Looks absolutely amazing in fall.

This is as described. A place to park while riding the trails. To the north the trail goes under the highway and you can access Indian Mounds Drive. You can eventually cross the river on an old railroad bridge and access Millennium Park. To the south the trail follows to Ivanrest Ave and then Prairie Parkway until you finally get to the railroad-based trail again just before Byron Center Ave.

Love the Kentwood Trails perfect for riding bikes and running. This trail can take you all over and even lead you right downtown for your favorite Grand Rapids beer.

Take the kids here often. We start here, go under the highway to Indian mounds drive,...North.... cut the ride to the old train bridge crossing ( to millennium park) down a bit. Nice trails to ride.

This is another trail that I love for its good surface and its levelness. Sometimes I just don't feel like a challenge but I want to bike. This does it for me.

Great place to park and then bike along the river and into Millennium Park.
