Had a terrific Birthday at Carrabba’s this afternoon! Our server Faith was AMAZING 💞 The food was fabulous as well. Both managers Courtney & Randy spoke w/me and was pleased with them. Also, wanted to thank the chefs as food was out of this world!! Again, thanks for a great birthday dinner!!!!

A wonderful friend gave me amazing options for my birthday and one was Carraba's. I had not been to one in many years and I forgot there was one in Grandville, Mi. I remember Carraba's having amazing food and I was for sure it wasn't going to be as great as I remembered, but it FAR EXCEEDED what I remembered. The food was boasting with flavor and tasted AMAZING! The best part tho was the OUTSTANDING customer service that Benny (and the Jetts) gave us. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Benny made an AMAZING dinner an AMAZING EXPERIENCE and one we will not forget. Benny is topnotch and I thank Benny for providing this girl and her friend a dinner to remember. Yes, I asked to take a pic w the best server ever 🤣 *ding

Had the Cozze In Bianca and it was amazing! Benny did a phenomenal job as a server and was on point at all times. I also liked that I was able to substitute the lemon butter sauce for tomato sauce. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband Damion and I love this place. Sometimes we go just to go out for a but for a bite to eat. We mostly sit on the bar side just a more casual feel after a long day at work. Our most recent visit, we sat at the bar and shared an entree [Shrimp and Scallops] super good...we just added an extra side dish and the portion for two is perfect. I had the Italian salad and it's super delicious and their bread with Italian seasonal is super yummy. The waitress at the bar was wonderful and provided excellent service.

Carrabba’s has always been my go to place whenever I want a good meal and a peaceful environment. When the 28th street one was open, I would always request Maxeene and she’s always been attentive and give over the top 5 star service. I was bummed when it closed down and I lost contact with her. Then I went to the Grandville Carrabba’s and was very thrilled she was there and I’ve been going there since she’s working. It’s a great place for parties or even a solo meal with Maxeene as your waitress. I’ve never had an issue at all because of Maxeene’s attentiveness and professionalism. My favorite dish is the Cozze in Bianco but honestly everything is great on the menu! I highly recommend Grandville Carrabba’s and Maxeene!

We don't come here often enough. Not sure why because it's not far away and the food is really good. Max was our waitress and she was great. I had Johnny's Trio and my wife had the Chicken Bryan.
All very good. And I got free dessert for my birthday.

Corey our server was very accommodating to us as we were in a rush to make a special "Dance with my Mister " date. We had wonderful food! Grilled salmon on a ceaser salad as well as lasagna and a spicy Italian soup. The specialty lemonade varieties are delicious. The staff at the host stand that greeted us and seated us were also very kind and friendly. We had a delightful experience and are grateful to the people who helped make our special occasion that much more special! Thank you and thanks to the various food preparers & the rest of the staff.

Great food and service. Afternoon dining is nice and quiet. If you are sitting in a booth, consider unscrewing the light bulb hanging 8 inches from your face. It gave me a headache.

This was mine and and my wife's first time at Carrabba's. The experience was perfect. The staff was great. Our server, Angus, did a phenomenal job. My wife got the eggplant parmesan and she really liked it. I got the chicken marsala and it was probably the best chicken I've ever had. It's a bit pricey, but for Valentine's Day, the price was worth it. Definitely going back.

Several years ago we spent a beautiful evening out on the patio celebrating an annual event. This year we celebrated the same event at the same table. Our food and service were top notch. Even though we were just sharing an appetizer, Madisyn treated us with respect and enthusiasm.

The patio is a truly beautiful spot. Hot weather will keep most people indoors, but it means you'll have the patio mostly to yourself. It's away from a parking lot and situated by a pond with the sound of water. The gardener in me noticed some of the plants are looking a little tired, but the spot overall is delightful.

Great meal and service! Our server Rosie was attentive and so helpful with suggestions. The manager was also great and stopped to make sure our experience was exceptional! Good job! We will be back for sure!

Rosie's recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and Rosie's warmth and professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. This was my first time dining in at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and I will say it was surprisingly yummy! I came here because I saw they had mussels for one of their appetizers and I am always trying to find a place that serves mussels. The mussels were super yummy and they actually serve a good amount of them. I also ordered the Chicken Bryan dish with the mashed potato side and it was delicious, especially with my Blackberry sangria drink. I 100% recommend the entree I ordered and the drink, the complementary bread and oil + herbs were fantastic as well. The service was great and we only had to wait less than 10 mins to be seated. I also really liked the vibe of the place, they played relaxing music and it’s not overwhelming. Overall, wonderful dinner and I would definitely recommend coming here to eat! I know I’ll be back here again :)

Ordered several dishes for the family! All were good. Exception the Tuscan chicken. Brought it to the attention of our waitress Madison….Amazing response from an amazing waitress who resolved the problem with a complimentary replacement dish and dessert! 100 💯 recommend not because the willingness to provide something free but more for the willingness to resolve the problem and make a raving fan in the process. Cheer’s Madison you’re the best! 😎

The food came out so fast and so fresh. Food was amazing drinks were on point. The service was outstanding!!

Carrabba's is one of our go-to places. The food is always good. My wife loves the sangria, specifically the red. It is amazing, I have to admit. It does get pretty busy, so I recommend that you call ahead. The quality of the dishes and the overall experience definitely exceeds the price. If you haven't been here yet, put it on your list. Enjoy!

Sooo yummy! It was our first time coming and we were impressed 👍🏼our food was delicious, atmosphere is relaxed, waitress was amazing! Would definitely come here again!

Robert was an amazing server. He was knowledgeable about the menu and was honest in his recommendations. The bread, soup, and entree were beyond delicious. The bread pudding needs a little work ;) overall I had a great experience for a dinner out by myself. Thankful for a wonderful server who could also make me laugh

My wife and I just enjoy this establishment very much especially when we have a terrific server. Ben was amazing, very professional and personable. The food is always amazing along with the service provided by Ben. Thank you.
