Johnson Park

Good fishing / boat launch area. The road for cars is one way and the other side of the road is for bikes. It is a beautiful area to drive, we can't wait to go in the fall.

Lots of room to run/walk, and well-maintained! Fun talk-tube and slides!

This is definitely one of the best parks around. It has some of the most beautiful trails, and they're quite long too, with large open fields and plenty of benches.

Great paved trails with some footpaths off the main trail. Usually busy on weekends.

Beware of the mountain bikers as they do NOT respect the 15 MPH speed limit on the paved trails, and act like entitled jerks when you are walking side-by-side.

Super fun in the winter, good for snowboarding And sledding but get ready to walk backup lol but even when packed a lot of room. Great place to practice snowboarding and taking huskies

A very beautiful park that spans out into wonderful, scenic trails. Located next to a beautiful river across the street, the park also features a big playground for kid's, an area for grilling and family time, as well as 300+ yard's of open grass to run and play. The best part of enjoying your time here; it's extremely well-maintained. Not once did I feel concerned to put my son down to walk around as kid's typically like to pick up anything they can put in their mouths. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐

The grass is flooded which makes a really cool experience… geese, ducks, and beavers wandered right up the flooded path in the water.

My husband and I love to bring our girl Hadley to walk the trails. Such a beautiful park the nauture is outstanding .I grew up sleding at this park with my brother and friends ! Such a nice park full of breathtaking scenery.

Well maintained county park. Huge grassy areas, baseball, playgrounds for kids, covered areas, grills, restrooms.

Absolutely loved walking on the river covered road. Perfect way to cool 9ff after a stressed day.

Nice park area, very big, liked the trails I took a chance to walk, the trail areas are very open and broad and I like that, gives lots of room between passersbys'. Pretty quiet as well depending on when you go.

It was a lovely experience! Even watched a deer prance through the field. It was clean and well maintained. Great place for the whole family to cook out and throw a Frisbee around.

Best disc golf course in Grand Rapids hands down. Gets pretty crowded though so come early. Easy to lose your disc with all the foliage so keep your eye out.

Such a beautiful park! A great place to host a party, plenty of space to gather a group for a fitness class. Beautiful trails completed shaded, a wonderful space!

Great biking trail connecting to and thru Millennium Park. Just a bit over 12 miles and paved. Enjoy nature, the birds singing and beautiful tree line.

Nice park to walk your dog (on a leash of course), have a picnic at the multiple picnic tables that are right next to the playground area and near the bathrooms. There are so many parts to this park that is is easy to find a spot you love. Big hills to climb or frisbee golf, baseball fields, covered picnic tables or open. It's very nice and spacious, also very clean.

Multiple parks and play ground areas for kiss of different ages. Great place to bring your dog or go walking with friends and family. This place has areas to BBQ and restrooms
