Had Kalsbeek come out and install sewer & water lines for a new bathroom I was building. Both Jeff and Carl were nice and great to work with. Very reasonably priced when it is all said and done. Highly recommend these guys with any plumbing you may need.

I’ve called on Kalsbeek twice now, and I plan to keeping calling when I have a plumbing issue. Both experiences have been great—from calling Jeff to get an appointment set up (typically next day, if not the same day) to chatting with the plumbers on-site.

They do good, honest work, and the price has always been exactly what I’d expect. It’s nice when there aren’t surprises.

We moved into a new home and shortly after moving in noticed that one of the toilets wasn't working properly. And within a couple days of that it started smelling horribly. We weren't sure if this was something that happened before we moved in or if it was something that maybe our kids did to the toilet. I called and was able to have someone out to replace the toilet within just a couple days of calling! I figured that like everything else toilets might be hard to come by but thankfully they had one that would work for us! They were very helpful and courteous and responsive!

Have used them a few times and all had positive experiences. Most recently, I called upon realizing we had no hot water and had a leaking water tank (hot water is critical during the winter blizzard we were in). Kalsbeek came out that SAME morning with a new water tank (every other business was closed due to the snowstorm). Jim, who replaced it is a true professional and craftsman. , Thank you Kalsbeek for saving me on this frigid day!

Great service on fixing an old busted connector to my outdoor water line. They were very courteous and efficient in their work, doing their best to minimize any mess. I'm glad I called them!
