Red Wing - Sterling Heights, MI

I have lived less than a mile from this store for 30 years, and yesterday I decided to go in to see if I could get a new pair of boots. As a first time customer, Robert treated me very well! He showed me multiple options until I found the one I liked! I've worn them to work today for the first time and it is a night and day difference between these and the boots I had previously bought from meijer. Thanks Robert! I will be a customer from now on!

I liked a specific shoe but it wasn’t in stock and was on back order. Robert took the time to call around and find the exact pair and size that I wanted and had it ready before my trip (5 days).

I have been having terrible foot pain for a while now. Someone told me to try red wings boots. I walked in and got way more service than I expected. The fella Dave was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Really tentative to you. Made sure I got exactly what I needed. My feet have not felt this good in a long, long time.

I walked in needing a new pair of boots. My old RedWings were pretty beat up.
Max greeted me and did a great job. He took me over to the work boots section and he showed me what was available.
He must have been a mind reader because he selected the same one I was considering when I looked at the selection. He found a pair in my size and i immediately purchased them after trying them on and walking in them.
Max did great and I’m enjoying the new boots!

Great location and very helpful staff. Needed to purchase a pair of composite toe work boots for an internship on the company dime. Noah spent spent plenty of time helping me pick a pair that were comfortable and met all the safety requirements. Ended up with a pair of Irish Setter Wingshooters and couldn't be happier.

Been going to the store on mound road for years. Knowledgeable staff and always friendly. They know the products and always suggest the correct footwear. We purchase boots for every member of our staff. Will continue to go back for quality boots and friendly service.

Never set foot in the store. I live 770 miles away, near Atlanta, Ga.

This was a phone purchase because their store was one of only 4 in the country that had the boot I was after, and in my size.

Rita took my order over the phone on Monday, and shipped my boots the next morning. I received them on Thursday.

Store staff, Rita, the assistant manager, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone just now are incredibly helpful.

I have been given knowledge that no one has ever given regarding wearing new boots and breaking them in.

As a company, Red Wing Shoes has ALWAYS delivered quality and good service. I don't think the company has ever disappointed me.

My brother was starting a job and had a $100 voucher to put towards a pair of steel toed boots. We told the store employee his situation (that the $100 was all that he had) and he went and grabbed a pair of boots that were around $150. He thought about it for a second then went to the back and got a different pair that he said we're actually, in his opinion and mine to after looking at them, better than the first pair he showed us. It was nice because these were $20 cheaper too. So after everything I only had to borrow my brother $30. The salesman could've sold us something more expensive and we'd have never known that he could've saved us some money, but he didn't care about selling us higher priced shoes/boots, he took care of us like a friend would've. If I'm ever in the market for a pair of Red Wing Shoes I'll be going back here.

OUTSTANDING! I was super impressed with how the manager, Robert, dealt with my problem.
Let me start out by saying I was already irritated with Redwing shoe, Garden City store. Canton store helped me find boot for a xmas gift at Sterling Heights store. I ordered the boot by phone pd an additional cost for shipping. Was told boot would be here Saturday at latest Monday. Wednesday came still not here. As you can imagine, I was livid!
There was a in-store situation after I placed my order that I was not aware of. Even though I do not agree with how that was handled, the manager, Robert, made it right! He went above and beyond by hand delivering to my front door at 7:00pm., Sterling Heights is an hour away from me, who does that???? Certainly not the Garden City store, which is 15min from me.

Bought my son a pair of work boots.I would recommend. They have the guaranteed perfect fit. It measures instep and arches and gives your true size. I spent $222 and those boots are worth every penny. My son works outside and in a warehouse. They offer a toe protect. It is a separate charge. We are going to try and go without. We have 4 weeks to make up our minds.
