Matthew Prill: Allstate Insurance

I have been using this Allstate location for several years now. Rick ran it when I first joined and he is luckily still there. They are all really friendly and super helpful every time I stop in or call. They are more than happy to answer any questions, mail out insurance cards, call on any issues, etc. They have awesome rates and coverage. I recommend this agency to anyone looking to switch or get first time coverage.

They are courteous and listen anytime I call to check things. Like changes and what specific coverages mean. They are available and show kindness. They follow thru with me also.

I have gotten the very best support and help from this agency/people!!!

I had bad experiences with insurance companies and their agents before, so I don't like to deal with insurance, but overall it's going ok.

Full coverage is full coverage.
Lapse in communications, specially on damages filed by me, claimed plus seek/demand.

I don't have a problem with the agent I do have a problem with my rates they went up this year:
Home up 4.4%
Auto up 3.6%
Offroad up 3.2%
Motorcycles up 1.5%
I had 2 claims for a chipped windshield.
I don't see being with Allstate much longer.
