Festival Foods

After a long day I stopped at the Festival Foods Deli to pick up dinner for my family. The Associate (Helen or Ellen) was so cheerful and pleasant and brought a huge smile to my face and spark to step. Thank for making my day! Management, she deserves a raise!!

I do almost all of my grocery shopping here.
I find most of the foods I’m looking for easily and quickly. Nice variety of foods to pick from, and great deli, bakery and produce options.
Workers are friendly and always say hi.

Love festival everytime I go I always try to get spring rolls but the bakery and deli are also our favorite spot they have these adorable cookies

This is the best Festival. The store is bright, clean and well organized. The sales are great. The employees are trained to be friendly and very helpful. The customer service is excellent! Hard to find these days. Also the employees seem to stay.

Great location, clean, helpful staff. Lots of allergy free options for food and it feels well organized. It is a little pricier than some of the other grocery stores in the area, but you can knock down the bill a bit by looking for sales or using the ad.

I was here for the opening of the cafe in the front of the store and they did a fantastic job! The employees were friendly and up beat even though they were all trying to learn how to make the various drinks and learning on the fly.

I'm definitely going here to watch the fireworks next year- great View! Also they have great deli, sushi, produce, Seafood and bakery! Twice baked potatoes Are a must !!

The produce & meats are always fresh. ALL the staff are very friendly, helpful & informative. BEST OF ALL ~ NO COUPONS they scan a code on the store flyer & you get the sale prices on anything you bought off the flyer! We absolutely LOVE IT!

They have the best salad ever when you can create your own what you like it 😊

I love Festival Foods meat department. I especially love the French Onion spoon roast they have, but the don't make them that often.
I also love the cook in the bag items. So convenient and less mess to clean up. The meat in them stays nice and juicy.

I love this grocery store! We have nothing like it back in North Carolina. I love how I can get fresh meats and seafood at the counter! But like every other grocery store, shop the ads!

Despite Festival Foods being slightly more costly than competitors, they make up for it in quality and truly amazing customer service. The variety is astounding and the quality of the produce and meat are always five star. Also, I feel as though they probably keep everything very clean and sanitized.

Service. They are exceptional at it. Whether it is greeting you throughout the store, helping you find a product, or sourcing a product you can't find on their shelf, they go above and beyond the rest of the grocers in the area. You will sometimes pay a little more for this, but it is worth it.
