American Family Insurance is a good insurance company that has been around for a long time. It's nice that there are still agencies in the neighborhood that you can go to for quotes, questions or help!

Terrible agent! I was so disappointed in their customer service and the agent's lack of empathy! Felt as though I was a number and that feeling was reinforced by their actions when they completely let my family and I down when we needed them the most! My experience was awful and I cannot stress that point enough! I am giving them one star and that is ONLY because the review system won't allow a zero.
