I got my haircut and eyebrows waxed yesterday, both professionals did a fantastic job. Ashley did my eyebrows and made conversation the whole time, which made me feel very comfortable and she did such a good job. I am beyond obsessed with them and my haircut. Megan did such a good job with my layers and face frame. I got a deep condition treatment as well and I have already noticed a difference in my hairs health. I have been going to this salon for a few years now and have never been disappointed!!

I have some crazy thick and curly hair and it's very difficult finding a stylist that can handle all of it. I've now been seeing Hayley for over a year and absolutely adore her. She does a fantastic job on all my cuts and colors. She's given me good advice and suggested products to keep my curls nice and full. She also does neat designs in my undercut. I would recommend her to anyone who has thick curly hair.

I love this salon. I have Lindsey or Kate do my cut and highlights. I leave feeling like a new woman every time! I’ve also had my brows and nails done here too. Excellent service. The boutique downstairs has wonderful hair products they will never push on you. You can even grab some new earrings or a top for a holiday party. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. A great place for men's haircuts.
I've also been to the spa for the occasional massage and have always been very happy with the service.

Great location and ambience. Megan did great job with haircut. She was very patient and co-operative. Appreciate her time and effort which she went over to make sure haircut was good with multiple iteration. She did great job. Definitely recommend.

this was the best facial i have gotten in my life. emilee was so sweet and made sure to ask me all sorts of questions to make me as comfortable as possible. definitely will be coming back in the future from grand rapids!

Amazing, professional service set in a beautiful historic building. I came out looking and feeling like a million bucks. Indigo also offers L'Oreal professional hair coloring products. They trimmed my beard real nice too! Seriously, I look so good.

My daughter had her first facial today, and Rachelle was FANTASTIC!! She did a wonderful job of explaining what she was doing and completely put my daughter at ease. She was so knowledgeable and offered tips for at home care and recommended a great moisture and serum for us. We can't wait for our next visit with Rachelle!

I was given the best haircut! The stylist asked all the right questions and really listened to what I wanted in a hairstyle. And she delivered a beautifully cut hair style just as I wanted! Michele is an amazing stylist. She definitely knows hair. She tells me step by step on the process for bleaching my hair. She is also a great conversationalist! I'm so glad I came here and will definitely continue to do so!

Indigo salon and spa has the best retail area! I just visited and bought everyone’s Christmas gifts! Jewelry, candles, bath bombs, lip balms, shampoo…you name it they have everything! Perfect stocking stuffer gifts too :)

The staff at Indigo truly go above and beyond to ensure an amazing salon experience from start to finish! I have had both hair and pedicure services for years and always leave feeling highly satisfied! And, one of my favorite parts of the experience is getting to shop in the absolutely adorable boutique afterwards!! I could spend hours in there! I just recently had a full body 1hr long relaxing massage 💆‍♀ done by Megan and I have to say it was one of the best massages I had ever had, i have severe spinal issues and
I have bad arthritis problems and she truly worked some magic ,I booked another opt right after with reflexology addedfor next visit ♥🙏🦶♥

I just discovered this place and I love it! Its a little more pricey than others, but so worth it. Tatyana did my spa pedicure and shellac manicure. She was amazing. This will be my new spot! Thanks!
