I took my car to Bankas to have them figure out how to open my car door, and to look at rear window motors. I expected a HUGE estimate. Instead, Brian got the back door open; it was actually just stuck! He then lubricated both window motors and the back door. Everything works great now, and it was really inexpensive. Less than $100!!! Thank you Brian and the team for being honest mechanics and not trying to sell me stuff I really don’t need!!! I would recommend them for anything you need done.

I called Doug in the Banka repair Auto team to do brakes on my Lexus after the local dealer told me they would need to be done with in the next 5000 miles. Not only are Doug and his team great people but were a lot less expensive as you could imagine them the dealership itself. Dropped off my car after I set my appointment and received a call within 30 minutes. He informed me that my car had approximately 50% of the breaks left and there is no reason at this point that I needed to have my brakes redone. I scheduled an appointment to get all my brakes fixed, after dropping off my car, Dough called saying I only needed my front brakes down which lowered my quote a ton! The fact they took the time to call and tell me I only needed one set done and not all and they didnt just do them all as I had scheduled shows they truly care about the people and not the cost of things. Especially in this time with Covid I am very grateful for the speedy scheduling and fixing!

Doug is an honest and reliable mechanic. He will tell you what needs to be done, what can wait, and also what's worth fixing. We only buy used vehicles and are not handy people, so he's a wonderful resource!

Doug, is an AWESOME mechanic, he is so polite, honest!!!!! I love taking my car here, if there is something terribly wrong - they are completely homest about it, and if it is something that cant be done there, he will give you someone else to go to that is totally homest also. If your vehicle is beyond repair - he will honestly tell you and they wont charge you for this!!!!! I have been dealing with Bankas for over 10 years and will forever continue to go here!!!!! G

Doug and his crew have been awesome to deal with. They really helped us out in a jam with some major truck repairs at minimal costs. We had to consider whether to repair or get a different truck and they helped us understand some of the issues with other trucks we were considering. Honest and trustworthy guys that will continue to get my repair business in the future! I will recommend Banka to anyone looking for a place to get their vehicle repaired! One other important detail about Banka is that they know enough about the problems with vehicles on the road today and what are good and bad OEM parts. They will make suggestions for much better aftermarket parts that last much longer and are often less expensive! You won't get that by going back to any dealership!

I had a pesky issue with a sensor in my stability control that required Doug to extensively research and troubleshoot. Even though he had roughly 3-4 hours of his actual time into it, he only charged me one hour of labor and the problem is fixed by having the sensor reset rather than needing an expensive new one. Most places would have just replaced the sensor (a $388 part!) and charge the full book labor amount. They really care about their customers and they want you to come back - I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I could not have asked for a better experience. When the CV axle on my van went out, I started calling around to repair shops in the area. After speaking to some of their competitors and hearing "we can probably get to it tomorrow or the day after", I called Banka's. So glad I did. Their team had my van rolling down the road later that same day. Not only did they get the axle repaired in record time, but they even went the extra mile and tightened up a loose battery cable that had been giving me trouble. And they did it for a price that was lower than I expected to pay. I highly recommend this shop!!
