Van Zeeland's Auto Care Centers

Have been going to Van Zeeland’s for almost 30 years for my car care needs. They are honest, thorough, knowledgable and professional. And friendly. I continue to price compare tires and they are always within a few dollars of the best. I have bought countless sets of tires from them over the years. Highly recommend.

I thought Van Zeelands was just tires. With the level of service I recieved there I would have to highly recommend the shop for any vehicle repairs that you need. There were no surprises with the cost. Something you don't see to much these days.

Service is always good and a fair price. They let me know if there are any issues/suggestions for other issues they find during the inspections - thorough, and a link that takes you into the report with photos and/or videos of what they find.

I have gone to this location for years. The other day, I called about a quote I'd passed on previously. I called from my work phone, so the number wouldn't have been on file, and it had been at least a month since the last time I brought my car in. I mentioned the quote I was interested in and one more small thing about it, and the person on the phone responded, "oh, you're the red prius!" Which I am. It's not every day you find that quality of service.

Service was amazing. They were honest and helped me with solution that was cost effective and timely. Great 1st experience. I'll be back for all of our service needs going forward. Thanks

I use Van Zeeland's on Onedia Street because of the prompt service, willing to work with me on questions. They also explain things and do not push unnecessary repairs at you.

Excellent service, friendly staff. They also do an inspection and found something that was wrong and may be under my warranty.

The folks at Van Zeeland’s were thorough and completed service on my vehicle when promised. There was a bit of confusion regarding the work I wanted done, but they listened and amiably cleared things up. I was pleased with both their work on my car and our interactions.

Was surprised when they notified me by text msg (as I am inside waiting for my vehicle) that they did a full inspection and made suggestions as to what may need attention immediately or in the near future, not sure how I feel about this, I guess I would still prefer a Paper Copy so I can have it for my records. Overall they always do an excellent job, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Service Garage that you can trust and their prices are fair!

Pleasant experience. Work completed day of and they did an inspection with pictures provided. Online application was easy to use to approve and deny work that needed to be done.

I have been given good quotes with pictures of items that needed attention. They did not try to up sell anything. Had work done on time as quoted.

We needed our tire fixed unexpectedly. We dropped the car off and they did it in a very timely manner. They are always very professional, nice and care about their customers.

They always get my car in fast. Tell me exactly what's wrong and get me back on the road quickly.

My son's vehicle stopped accelerating on the highway last week. We were able to have it towed to Van Zeeland's to be looked at, and we received the unfortunate news that the transmission was bad. The mechanic I spoke with showed a great deal of empathy and kindness. He let us know we could leave the car parked in their lot for as long as we needed while we figured out what to do as they understand how difficult an unexpected circumstance like this can be. He spoke with me about each of our options for repair and even recommended another auto repair shop for a transmission rebuild (cheapest option). He didn't push me towards any of the options, not even the ones that would make them a lot of money (which was to change out the transmission for another used or new transmission). He just let me know what the options were and answered my questions.

We wound up having the car towed to the recommended shop to be rebuilt, which is going to cost us $5,000.

I greatly appreciate their honesty and kindness. I will always trust them with my vehicles.
