My mom died 2 years ago!!!! Her headstone still today does not have her day of death on it!!!!!!!!!!!

I live out of state and was told my Aunt’s service would be live streamed. I chose not to travel for that reason because my husband is thermally ill and I could attend virtually. My aunt also got to know some of our friends so we had 6 people together wanting to view her services. The live stream had no sound so I called twice to ask them to fix it and so did a family member while the service was in process. They gave my family member a bad attitude and never got it fixed. It would have been a simple process to test it upfront by clicking their own link from any device. I missed by beloved aunt’s funeral because of this funeral home’s incompetence. On top of their incompetence I can not believe they gave my family member a bad attitude about trying to fix it. This funeral home is lacking the compassion needed to give your loved one and family the kindness that should be a basic of their service at such a difficult time in life.
