At first glance you think” what the hell did I get into” but don’t believe what you see! Buddy of mine said the do good work so I drop my 2019 street glide off/ trans problems/ had a third party extended warranty/ that Motor City Harley said i could only use through them(wrong) took me 8 days to get the information from them. Gave it to Michelle took her and Jerry only 5 days to get warranty approval/ and remove and replace transmission with all new parts/ rear brakes / oil change. They did great work at a fair price/ will take my bike there any time!!

Jerry and Michelle are really good people. Honest and hard working. Jerry worked on my 2019 Harley Roadglide and my wife’s 2016 Harley Switchback. Quick service at a reasonable price.

Jerry installed my Cruiser Ramp powered motorcycle loader/unloader into my Dodge Ram 1500. His work was top notch and VERY high quality! Michelle helped me store my Indian Roadmaster for the winter. Both of them are a gift to the motorcycle industry! They will have a repeat customer here!

As a small business owner myself, I get a lot of phone calls and it can be a handful to constantly be bombarded by people calling. I called up there 5 minutes before closing, to get my 2005 Sportster worked on and had an array of questions. The lady on the phone was beyond accommodating, quoted me extremely reasonable prices, and it made me feel confident that they could get my bike fixed, and on the road very quickly. I plan on going up there Monday and taking my bike to get fixed. I will leave another review when it comes back. By the reviews, and by my interactions with this company so far, I'd bet just about anything I'll have a great experience.

I found this shop last year and I have been to them a few times now for different things. The lady that owns it is very knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanic is very social and honest. He has done an amazing job on everything I've had done. And no matter what I've had done I've always had my bike back in 24 hours. Thank you both for making sure my bike is good too go and safe. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I took in my 2002 GSX-R1000 for an oil change and a general inspection. From when I dropped off my bike, Michelle was extremely friendly and easy to approach. I even called in with a question after dropping off the bike, and Michelle did not seem the slightest irritated. All in all, the experience was extremely well, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took my 05 sporster custom in with clutch issues. Michelle was great at getting me right in. The mechanic diagnosed the issue, (burnt out clutch) put screaming eagle clutch plates in it, new front tire, complete inspection and a tune up! They definitely know their motorcycles! They were accommodating, professional and beyond reasonable with the pricing. Brought it in on Monday morning, got the bike back Friday afternoon as promised! Bike runs beautifully. She shifts with minimal effort. I will absolutely be returning for all my work. Thx guys, I owe you one.

I wish they communicated better with me but is the cheapest and friendly place to come. Definitely will stick with them. Call before just showing up. Always go the extra mile and great prices.

Excellent work... I always research anything before I buy or have service work done .. had my cams replaced, both tires replaced and some check up inspection work done to the bike. Very happy with the work and the price. Jerry and Michelle are great people and they'll help you out in a jam if you happen to be on the road and have a problem.. Highly recommend..

The owner is awesome. I bought a bike last year and was having major electrical issues—to the point where I needed to replace the battery and stator. I though it would be a huge headache and costly. This place got it done quick and affordable. No issues since. I will definitely be taking all of my bikes back here in the future. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, they are awesome. Other shops nearby pushed my timelines out forever and a day, these guys got it done fast.

Very nice people very knowledgeable they offer u things but don't try to upsell u hard. They just do what u ask at a fair price definitely recommend them.

I called up to the shop and had some questions regarding my bike. The owner herself spent over half and hour on the phone with me and explained a lot of good and useful information. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely consider this shop if you’re looking to have work done to your bike or even simply looking for some guidance or have questions.

Have always taken care of anything I needed. Always been honest and fair on prices. If they're backed up and busy Michelle will be honest and tell you that unlike some places. Jerry is the man! When I leave profile I feel confident my bike is right. I recommend this place 100%. It's Justin. My street glide will be in for some major changes over winter.👍👍

This is a great family business right off the I-275 on Michigan Avenue. I had a bad battery on my Harley and Jerry changed it in no time. I had also a fat rear tire and front wheel bearings installed on my previous Harley and everything went smoothly. Jerry even informed me that there was an issue with rear brake pads and took care of them too. A+ service. Shop has also machining services, dyno and other options to make your bike look good or go faster.

I have 2019 Triumph Speed Triple RS that needed new tires. I ran into an issue trying to remove the wheels from the bike but a wheel spacer had seized on the front axle.

Brought the bike into Profile Performance and they removed the wheels, honed out the wheel spacer and correctly applied anti-seize to the components. The front-wheel was properly aligned with the brake calipers (which *many* shops - and dealers - do not do correctly) and everything was done to spec. No extra charge. Prices are fair, they took the time to discuss with me and I have no hesitation about bringing my bike back for any work necessary.

Brought my 2011 stryker in today to have my rear brakes replaced. They let me bring in my own parts to use which saved me a little money. That's always good. They had it in and out within an hour. They did inform me that the dealer that installed the brakes before had them on completely wrong. They had both pads on same side of rotor backwards and other side was eating at my caliper. Good thing I didn't get hurt. Anyway great people here and friendly service. A+ from me. Will for sure continue business here. Thanks guys.

Profile Performance was super kind to me. I needed to get my bike looked at on Saturday before memorial day so I could drive it home across several states and they stayed late to help me out, did some work, and gave me peace of mind about the ride. They were generous with their time and with their, and made sure I had what I needed to ride safe.

I had some work done about 2 months ago on my CBR1K oil change, chained tightened and brakes done. Jerry did a great job. I liked what they did so I took it back in for another issue 2 weeks ago. I just had heard anything back, called but no answer. Guess I’ll have to go up there.
