Everytime I call this place everyone's nice and try to be helpful I hate how there rating dosent actually reflect there level of service 5 stars from me

Although I didn’t end up purchasing from them because they were out of network for my insurance. But everyone I talked to was super nice and very helpful going through the whole process.

I'm blown away by these poor reviews, very unfortunate. I've been a customer with Alliance RX for a year and I have never had any issues. I get my monthly delivery in time, every time. I get reminder phone calls when it's time to reorder and I've no issues when I call to place an order. If, for any reason, I do have a bad experience I will update my review.

A lot of miscommunication led to my earlier post. Alliance is mostly on the ball, I receive my product when I need it. I just wish there was a better way to have the doctors, insurance, and pharmacy all on one page.

Dealing with this pharmacy has been a nightmare. Every call was a chore that involved being put on hold and then transferred way to frequently because each person would say they “didn’t handle that” and transferred me before helping me with what I initially called for. Then when I thought all of my medications were delivered, I realized they shorted me on doses and have to go back to fighting with them to get what I need. Pretty sure they just don’t want to actually do their jobs and dispense meds, and are just hoping people will give up on trying.

This is an awful service. They cause me to miss medications and cost extra money. They are a garbage middle man service that should not exist. If i wasnt forced by my insurance to get “specialty medications” from them i would not. Btw i used to be able to get these now so called “specialty meds” from my local cvs no prob.. its just heart transplant immunosuppressants!! Just pills! Nothing special other than your middleman costs!!

My experience with this pharmacy, admittedly is limited, but it was horrible. I had dealt with a previous specialty pharmacy that was helpful, called to check on me, made sure I understood everything etc. Had to switch to this on per insurance and it was dreadful. Texts only and when I called to schedule a deliver I was hit with very disturbing information. I really don't think they sent things through the insurance company as they were supposed to. They were not kind, considerate, helpful and just on the edge of rude. Don't use if you don't have to.

How can a company be so inept? Trying to get anything completed can take months regardless of how soon you need a medication. Complete the med request online and get a confirmation that it’s all set? Too bad; it’s not and now you don’t have your meds. Pay the charge at the time of medication release? Too bad, you didn’t even thought they took your payment info and said you’re all set. Enjoy your surprise bills. Talk to some nice? Well for every one decent person (who is nice but messes up the order) there are 15 waiting to be completely worthless. I’ve never despised a company this badly.

If I could give a zero, I would. I had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Unorganized, and unhelpful. I would not get my meds when they said they would be delivered. I was a part of a copay assistance program since my medicine was $16k a dose. They kept saying they were coordinating with the medication company, but were not. Every 4 weeks I would have to dedicate an hour or 2 to fight with this horrible company on the phone and still got bills for thousands. I will be forever grateful that I am not required to use them anymore.

Took over a week to be told that they can't even fill my meds. Number was on back of my insurance card and they don't even work with my insurance. I'm now out of meds and they sent me somewhere else

If I could give zero stars I would!! I don’t even understand why this place is in business. My prescription was sent to them on a Thursday. I called the next day on Friday and was told they were finalizing some things with my insurance and I would hear back on Monday. Never heard back so I called and finally after 3 days was able to make payment for my meds to be delivered on Friday. Well after waiting hours on Friday my meds didn’t show. I called before they closed and was told that 2 of the meds were out of stock but was not notified at all!!!! I need them by Monday and now I’m being told the soonest I can get them is Tuesday. I am SO frustrated with this company!! I offered to pick them up because their location is only 20 minutes from
My house and was told that wasn’t an option because of “covid”. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Now I have to go to another pharmacy and pay an additional $1200 out of pocket for this!!! This is insane!!!! Do not use this pharmacy!!!

I’m a current employee. They claim we are apart of fulfillment but for the past 3to 4 years fulfillment has been getting pay increases and they cut our department out during the increase and as soon as it’s over we are considered fulfillment again smh. Very unorganized, unfair and unprofessional. Supervisor are bias for friends and color smh it’s sad waking up to prepare to head to work and now they don’t even want to give us a pay increase. For the past 4 years the entire company has been receiving raises and pay increases but our department. I don’t think it is fair morally or legally so I have been reaching out to the department of labor and wages because I don’t understand why everyone in the company has been getting pay increases except for 3 people. There is only 3 people in our department handling mountains of paperwork and they give everyone a extra hand but us. This company is not worth the stress and discouragement. No opportunity to move up or grow and my department is clearly stating they plan on increasing all pay but ours. Sad sad unfair company. I do not recommend on any level.

I have had nothing but problems from day one of not knowing why I was being called by a random pharmacy, to being on hold for 1.25 hours on one phone courtesy of one of their robot calls calling me to tell me to wait on hold, while calling and getting a representative from a different phone and getting through instantly. They have charged me random prices for the same medication when I have a copay card from the manufacturer that they acquired for me despite having one already that they never asked for, then they turn around two mi the later, and try to charge me 30X the copay card amount, telling me I needed to renew my card at the beginning of the year. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR IVE USED THIS COMPANY. I have called them numerous times and received no calls back. My medication is randomly shipped to different places. Even after emailing them asking for an emailed response, I received nothing. I have used a specialty pharmacy for many years now and am not new to how things should work. This pharmacy is difficult to deal with on it’s best day and positively a waste of time on their worst. Do not expect any contact from them unless it’s time to give them money. The initial setup of my account was so difficult that it took 3 phone calls and 4 representatives to do just that. The representatives cannot handle the financial aspects of your account and will need to call a different department while leaving you on hold. This would be fine if it didn’t happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL THEM. Get it together. If you use this company, bring your A game because they will give you the run around and try to rip you off every time. My medication goes from $5 to $150 and they have the nerve to tell me it’s my fault?! From February to March?! By that point, all insurance has been updated for 2 months, so I’d appreciate some respect instead of blame.
