Northgate and their team did a phenomal job on my new roof! Amanda made the process smooth and effortless when it came to filing a claim with my insurance company. She went above and beyond dealing with my indecisiveness on picking what roof color and brand i preferred. She was on point and i could really tell she took pride in her job. William and the crew were very professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up the site well, you wouldnt even have known they were here! They all had smiles and seemed to really enjoy their job! Great company to work with and would highly recommend! Thank you Amanda & William!

Amanda was so helpful with everything. She helped coordinate everything with the insurance company making the whole process smooth and painless. It was a wonderful experience. My roof turned out awesome. They showed up at 7am and we're done by 1pm same day. Couldn't even tell they were there except for brand new roof. They workers were so nice. I wish all contractors were like this. I would highly recommend them. The quality of the work and materials were top notch.

She was professional and persistent in dealing with the insurance company and was on top of things from the start, always updating us with the different stages of getting the new roof and timely in her follow through. The roofers were professional and remarkable at their work. After the job was finished the clean-up was spotless.

I felt so rest assured by Garrett in getting a new roof replaced for my home before the inclement weather. Garrett stuck to his word and put my mind at ease in getting the job done. We had wind and storm damage to our roof. Logan from Northgate gave us a through inspection, helped us go through our insurance company and was available to answer questions throughout the entire process. Mario and his install crew worked quickly and were able to complete the tearoff, install and cleanup in ONE DAY!!! Our yard, garden, patio, etc. were all next to spotless when they completed the job, you would never even know if they were there. I would highly recommend Northgate if you need any roof repairs to replacement. These guys were timely, professional, and the entire process from inspection to full roof completion in just over one month. Highly Recommend!!!!

We had Northgate replace our roof recently. They did a great job protecting our deck and landscaping as well as cleaning up after the job was done. Amanda was our primary point of contact at Northgate and she was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgable, and always made herself available to answer questions.

Brandon Frazier completed a roof inspection on my home and submitted a claim to my insurance company towards the end of 2021. Even though my insurance company only approved half of my roof to be replaced at first, Brandon came back to my home several times, completed multiple inspections and resubmitted the claim. After months of going back and forth with my insurance company, Brandon successfully got my ENTIRE roof replacement approved and was able to schedule the installation soon after! Brandon went above and beyond to advocate for me, he made sure we had an open line of communication, answered any and all questions I had during the process, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism, dedication, and genuinely bright spirit definitely made this long process well worth it in the end. Would highly recommend Brandon and the NorthGate Team!

I would tell anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair to make their first and only call to Northgate Construction! I would also like to thank Ryoji Patton he is a complete professional. He handled everything with my insurance company from filing my claim to being there to answer any questions when the adjuster came to assess the damage to my roof. He was always available if I needed any information. When it was time to pick out the shingles his recommendations made my final decision easy.
When the crew arrived they got to work right away. They made sure everything was protected. I also have a metal gazebo my backyard. They were very careful to make sure a tarp was securely fastened. The crew also made sure that during the removal of the of old roof they took the time to made sure the did not let any of the shingles hit the gazebo.
The crew was very professional and courteous. They went through my yard at least 4 times to make sure there were no remaining nails left on my property. The clean up was very thorough.
The weather on my original installation date was going to be rainy and windy, they were able to move me up a day to accommodate my needs!!

Our reroof shingle replacement was just completed today, and I can’t express how incredible the whole process was. Anthony came out and did the inspection and had the company do all the contact work with AAA, our insurance. Updates were constant on the whole process and this is an excellent company to do work with. Roofers started at 8 A.M. and left completed at Noon!!! All the old shingles stripped off and cleanup was fantastic. This was two separate buildings and the crew of 25 did a great job.

Great experience with Northgate from start to finish. They were quick to replace the roof. They kept me up to date with progress and details through the whole process. The end product is very nice. I am very happy with how my new roof looks. I highly recommend Northgate for your roofing needs.

I just want to shot out Amanda who’s definitely the MVP in our process. When she first told us she would fight for us and do the work to do every anything that was needed to make sure we got our roof approved…she meant it! Multiple roof videos, pulling shingles, researching the old shingles, multiple emails and calls to our insurance company, whatever it took! Thank you Amanda for doing everything you said.

I primarily worked with Patrick Comini in coordinating the replacement of my roof. He was great to work with - super responsive, professional and pleasant. He provided me with updates on the work all along the way - from the scheduling to the completion of the roof replacement. He also helped me navigate the insurance claim which was very helpful. The contractors showed up on time and were able to complete the work in a day. The roof looks great and even looking at it with the assistance of a drone confirms quality work. Fast, Thorough, Efficient and Accommodating! These are the characteristics of my experience working with Northgate Construction. Our Roof Inspector was Brendon Hansen. He was our point of contact throughout the entire process. We had significant wind damage to our roof during the fall, which led to roof leaks and some interior damage. After our initial consultation Brendon & I planned to get the roof taken care of during the month of November and would finish the interior repairs after the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. The willingness to work around the holidays and make things convenient for me and my family meant the world to us. Our roof was completely done in one day. As an Air Force Veteran, who worked on roofs during my time in the service, it was amazing to see how fast they completed our roof in a coordinated fashion. True to his word, Brendon had the interior work scheduled and completed shortly after the holidays. I will highly recommend Northgate Construction going forward!

Tim came to my home in Augusta Woods Community, he was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the process. Had a GREAT experience with NorthGate. Logan came out and made the whole process a breeze! Couldn’t be happier with the attentive customer service provided by Logan and NorthGate and would highly recommend to anybody needing a new roof. The crew was also quick and the cleanup was great, given I have two dogs they were very careful not to leave any debris in the backyard.

While getting quotes for replacing my roof (because it was >30 years old), I had Northgate construction come out to give me an estimate. They were the only company that mentioned my roof had wind and hail damage and the replacement could be paid for by my insurance. Devin Labombarbe worked with the insurance adjuster to show the damage and get a fair settlement from the insurance company that paid for the new roof (minus my deductible). The whole process was very easy and quick. Northgate was able to schedule the replacement fairly quickly and easily and they did my house, detached garage, and shed in less than one day. Their crew worked very hard, were very careful not to damage the house and landscaping, did a great job, and cleaned up very thoroughly. I highly recommend Northgate Construction for roof work!
