Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

This hotel is incredible! I think it's the BEST one we've stayed in PERIOD.
From the moment you step in those doors YOU KNOW you're in for a comfortable stay.
Mark, at the front desk, was literally the highlight of our stay. Seriously. I know how stressful it can be working with guests, especially during the holiday season but Mark may just be the "God of customer service". Mark made sure we could secure a room after issues with my card. He was gracious and so was his coworker at the front desk. We made our way to our room (passed free coffee, tea and hot water on the way), we opened our door and ... LUXURY! We had a 2-room king suite and it was gorgeous! From the art on the wall, the soft lighting, plush carpet, wood accents, black lacquer, robes, full kitchen sink, extra pillows, comfy bed, extra pillows in closet -- what more could i ask for?
Well, I ended up needing more.
Multiple families had reserved many rooms on the second floor where our room was. The running, screaming, stomping, crying and parents encouraging this behavior was too much for my husband and I. We sent a text message to Mark at the front desk asking to be moved. NOT ONE QUESTION WAS ASKED, he said come get the new room key and we'll put you into something that will make you much happier. Mark also seen in the notes that I requested a fan for white noise -- he had one waiting! My husband grabbed the key, got our luggage and away we went to our new room on the 3rd floor in a MUCH, much quieter part of the building. To my surprise we were upgraded to a whirlpool suite with a view of the water behind the building! Swimming and birdwatching are my 2 favorite things to do - SCORE! We purposely picked this hotel because of the water amenities - pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub. We used both but the water was 10 degrees too cold outside and it was 40° on December 23! The water in the pool was also pretty chilly so I just stayed in the indoor hot tub. Who really cares about the public hot tub when you have one in your room, ha! Cute game room with amazing seating overlooking the pool area. We didn't eat here but did walk through the connecting hallway between the two buildings which was very charming.

I think Mark was the highlight of our trip. Our text message communication left me feeling extremely well taken care of. He will be the reason my husband and I come back -- not the pool, not the luxury -- Mark. 5-stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable room and great location for our conference. The meeting rooms and catering were great.

Very happy with our stay. Loved it, room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great accomodations for dogs, our pet friendly room was right next to a dog walking area, which was Awesome. Pond and walking area nearby, very nice view.
Lots of stores and restaurants nearby which was also a plus.

We enjoyed our stay! The pool area is perfect for babies on up. Even the older kids seemed to enjoy the basketball area and hot tubs, but more geared towards the under 10 years old age. The arcade and upstairs seating area were nice to eat a lunch and take a break from the pool without dragging everything back to the hotel room.
Our room had a kitchenette and table area, which was perfect to cook and prep our taco dinner. Loved the spacious king in the bedroom. The only issue we had was hearing the people (even from the third floor) use the pool and outside hot tub pretty late into the evening, but we just turned on music. Im sure if you had a room on the first floor or the poolside room, it would be quite loud, but nothing the hotel can really do about that. It is all part of staying at a hotel that has a pool area!

We ordered breakfast from the restaurant on site for 3 for about $40, skillets and pancakes, which was a fair price for the large portions. It was very easy to order take out online, and it was ready within 15 minutes. We also ate dinner there for decent quality and a reasonable price, but it's not an up-scale dinner option, probably closer to an Applebees vibe.
Parking and check-in were seemless. We did the precheck in which made it quick in the lobby.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Fox Valley Surgical Specialists had Bridgewood cater food and bar for our annual holiday party. It was amazing! Super friendly service and great food/drinks! We look forward to catering again with Bridgewood in the future. Thank you!

I always enjoy a Best Western especially if it's a premier. Jacuzzi suite, very clean and a super large room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Located just a couple minutes off of the freeway and easy to find.

This place is really nice with top notch customer service. The rooms were very clean and up to date.

Once again the customer service is excellent and needs to be recognized.

We loved everything about having our wedding ceremony and reception here! Bella, Shelly and team made our wedding day so easy and stress-free. Venue space (ballroom and pergola) were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Food was beyond delicious! Everyone was talking about how much they loved the cake and entrees!

Bella worked directly with our vendors, so we didn’t have to worry much about logistics. When we told our vendors where we were having the wedding, they all talked highly of Bridgewood. We were able to really enjoy the day. Bella was able to take our vision and turn it into reality! She knew the right questions to ask us and helped to guide us when we weren’t sure.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue! So glad we chose Bridgewood Best Western!

This is our new favorite place to stay when we're traveling in the Fox Valley! It's so much more than just a hotel, and has everything we want...and more. It's impossible to beat the convenience as well - Packer Games, Wolf River destinations, Fox River destinations, etc. etc. All are within an easy drive.

Well-managed, meticulous rooms, quiet and a very fair price for all that they offer.

I did not realize until we were checking out that we had to request for housekeeping to come to the room. It was fine to do it that way, but maybe promote that a little more.

We absolutely love staying at the bridgewood when we visit Neenah. We stayed in a king room with a wall that divided the room from the couch/living room. Every hotel should be set up this way!

The pool area is older but nice for young kids.

Good rooms, good restaurant. I really appreciated the availability of EV charging (not free, but available). Highly recommend!

This place was a cut above the rest. From the in house restaurant to the pool and hot tubs. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Great job to all

I don't want my Bridgewood secret escape to leak out!! It has become my favorite hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool is amazing, as are the indoor AND outdoor hottubs. Additionally, there is a large kiddle pool and an arcade and a gym up the stairs. There is mini golf, an ice cream shop, and pickle ball courts immediately north of the parking lot. I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Ground Round Restaurant (Batley's) several times. Fantastic homemade chips and thick burgers. On Sundays, fall-off-the-bone baby ribs smothered in your choice of sauce is the special.The restaurant is connected to the hotel through a cobblestoned hallway decorated like a street from the turn-of-the century flanked by banquet halls. The desk staff is warm and welcoming and there to meet your every need.

My husband treated me to an amazing birthday trip. We stayed in the king sunroom suite with a jacuzzi tub in our room. The room was spotless and spacious we not only had the additional sunroom that had a beautiful fireplace and our jacuzzi tub it also had a flat screen that moved so you could enjoy in tub or on couch. The room itself was huge we had a king bed, a dining table which was so nice to sit and eat meals together on there was lots of dresser space and outlets for charging electronics. There was a large flat screen in our room in front of the bed as well to watch in bed. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable and the room temperature was awesome. I have bad asthma and was afraid of being over heated during our stay but was cool and comfortable the entire time we stayed multiple days throughout the hotel.
The staff were incredibly professional anyone that walked past you during the stay would tell you to enjoy your stay or to have a wonderful day ECT. The front desk staff were very kind during check in and check out. We used the sundry store multiple times and they were very friendly each time.
We took full advantage of the amazing amenities offered to us the walking trail was beautiful and the weather was perfect to go night and day the hotel is also very close to many stores and restaurants which was very nice we walked down to them and barely had to drive at all. The outside hot tub was a favorite for us it was wonderful at night or earlier in the morning with the cold breeze blowing on you as you soaked. The pool is awesome for families with kids and people without kids it was very clean and well maintained. The waterslide was fun and they have a nice gym and game room above the pool area. Another nice thing is room service and being able to go to bar and get drinks to go back to your room we really enjoyed every minute of this trip. The restaurant was almost so delicious we ate there a few times and loved the food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was the only thing we didn't love but that isn't a big deal and with so many options close by it's not hard to find something you love. The sirloin steak was so tender and juicy it was so good plus the after dinner grasshopper I had was fantastic. Overall 5 stars and we will be back we are planning a family trip next time and we know are kids will love it as much as we did. There is also a playground and mini golf and pickleball court so much to do!

The staff there is great! They took good care of me, and I was able to enjoy my time there and get great rest in between adventures!

The resort is close to a walking path that goes by a creek. The staff are outstanding and so friendly and helpful. The ground round restaurant had good breakfasts and the music Thursday night on the patio out back was so nice. Enjoyed watching kids play on the playground and people playing volleyball. It’s a great resort to stay at.

We were in town for a kids b-ball tournament. The kids had a blast in the pool after playing b-ball.

Fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are clean with a friendly and helpful staff(Ryan went above and beyond to make the stay more enjoyable for our kids). The pool is amazing and just right for our kiddos. Thank you all for the wonderful memories my family has here.

Awesome jacuzzi suites that are very spacious and clean. Love the Starbucks coffee in the room. My favorite place to get a room anytime I need one. The staff is amazing and very kind. You won't be disappointed!
