Kohl's

The store is really fun to shop at. I have four children under six and I would not shop anywhere else. They have the best clothes that are quality. I love shopping at Kohl's.

It’s amazing to me how the associates go way beyond to be helpful. I was having some trouble walking back to check pricing on jeans. Called customer service and they sent someone by the dressing rooms to get sales pricing. She was so kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name.

This store & dressing rooms are always very clean! Clerks are very friendly & helpful. Sandy was working customer service counter & called us up there to pay for our purchases when she didn’t have any customers.

I always have a positive experience when shopping at this location. The store and displays are very well organized. No matter how busy they are the sales clerks are always so friendly. Shout out to Beth for a pleasant shopping experience!

Everything you need and everything you didnt ask for! Awesome sale so I started Chrismas shopping and it wasn't wallet draining. I'm also glad I started the new monthly rewards just wished I had more time to have the sales girl explain it to me. Look forward to holiday saving!

Marjean is the sales associate who waited on me. Very nice, friendly, and always in a great mood. It's a pleasure being waited on by someone that nice.

Great selection of merchandise; low prices; neat and clean store and friendly and professional associates; speedy and friendly checkout by Angel will bring me back to the Neenah Kohl's Store.

My only issue was the cashier forgot to take the security tag off the garment. There was no alert as I left the store. I called this morning to ask if I had to bring it back and was told I did. I went back and the alarm sounded as I entered the store. A customer service person came up to me and I showed her my receipt and the item with the security tag. She removed it and I was given Kohls cash for my inconvenience in having to return to the store.

Great shopping day at Kohl's! Got some great bargains as always. Bought two beautiful ultra soft pillows that accent my couch.

I love using Kohl's cash to make purchases at the Neenah Kohl's store. Bri was very friendly & helpful when checking me out. She told me that I had some extra Kohl's cash to use today. That made my day!

Found great deals at Kohl’s and the associate, Sheri, who checked out my merchandise was very friendly and efficient. The store was very busy at that time, but the Associates, including Sheri, were rolling right along.

I have shopped at Kohl's for many years. First in Appleton and then in Neenah. It is just too close to where I live now Guess that is the reason I have become a "golden member."!!!

I have been a kohls customer for over 30 years. I feel they have great products and awesome sales. I recently had an issue with an expensive product that I purchased from Kohls. I was so disappointed with the product. I went to the Customer Service area to see if they could assist me. The Kohls associate went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. They made my day! Thank you.
