Days Inn by Wyndham Neenah

It's not fancy. The amenities are bare minimum, and the continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. But that's not why you're staying at the Days Inn, is it?

For a budget hotel next to the freeway, the place is top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean. The pool was decent minus some peeling paint. Sure, the location sucks, but it's not like they can change it, so they're doing a great job with what they have.

The whole place has been recently remodeled, and they did a very nice job (any pictures before 2024 are probably not accurate). New sinks, walls, and floors galore. No carpets in the rooms, which we didn't mind -- feels cleaner. Wall art is blandly encouraging and cheerful to look at.

The only thing I really have to complain about is the haphazard paint job. They really slapped it on and didn't do a whole lot of proper proper taping. This won't bother regular people, though. So, unless you're neurotic enough to spend your precious vacation time examining the edges of your light fixtures and toilet paper holders, you have nothing to worry about. 👍🏼

I work construction and whenever I'm in Appleton I stay here,have been for years,to me the best in Appleton! Rani and Matthew"The Managers" are the best! The rooms are always clean, room service everyday,they just remodeled the whole hotel,floors,doors,cabinets,beds etc..Very quiet and comfortable,have never had a bad experience. Recommend 100% if your in The Appleton area

I had to use a debit card so they told me they needed to take $150 deposit. Which brought the total to $297. That night I noticed they charged $356 to my card. The next morning I brought that to the clerk's attention and he told me not to worry that the charges would fall back. My card still has a 297 charge on it. They never returned my $150. They only returned the $59 that they mistakenly took. When I called to ask them about it, I was told that I was wrong and that they had returned my deposit, This is never happened as I have a final charge of $297 on my card for a for one night. After I wrote this review they refunded my money.

This place is one of the nicest places I have stayed for cheap. Rooms are clean and very inviting. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about but come on it's a hotel not a restaurant.

Been coming to this hotel for about a year now on two separate occasions and wow I'm totally amazed with the staff (front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping!) The breakfast was so good and yes worth every penny I would definitely come back to this hotel like .... Yes just yes

I am not one that normally gives or writes a review on anything. In fact, this may be my first. I did, however, feel compelled to let others know of the kindness, respect, and compassion I have been shown by the Manager of the Days Inn, Matt Barnes here in Neenah, WI. I was recently released from Theda Clark Medical Center after an automobile accident left me in need of back surgery. Thankfully, I was able to walk and get around with the use of a walker upon discharge. I booked the closest hotel for a few days after and that is where Matt comes in. Matt has checked in with me regularly to assess and take care of my needs. He sweeps and mops my room on my schedule, and has always had a smile on his face, and kind words while doing so. I would like to make sure that Matt is somehow recognized for his unbelievable service. Thank you Matt! There is only one place I would stay in Neenah,WI. Tony

Stayed a week for work. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was basic but had a lot of options including hot items. The pool area is nice. I swam everyday of my stay. The staff I encountered were very nice. Very close to dining options and many restaurants delivered to the room. The hotel overlooks a highway but the rooms are very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The young lady at the front desk, was super nice and accommodating, she answered any questions I had! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of my room, the lobby coffee was nice and hot, AND although the hot tub was down, the pool was the perfect temp to relax in. The guest service made my stay well worth it. Compared to other hotels I've been to, this one is 10/10!

Very nice place, clean and quiet. The front desk attendant is friendly and knows the area so don't be afraid to ask about the local hotspots. The bed's are comfortable, the shower was hot, and there's a mini fridge. Absolutely where we'll stay next time

Kind staff and clean motel! We loved the hot tub. The stay was very reasonable! My husband went for surgery and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Theres a fridge, microwave and coffee, hair dryer and iron in the room. I'd stay here again

Had been to this small motel last month in August 2017 on a business trip. Initially, I was skeptical to stay after seeing the old reviews. But its completely different stay in this motel. Rooms were very clean & compact. Indoor pool, continental breakfast completely changed my mind. Front desk guy (Matthew) was so nice, professional & helpful. Worth stay in a budget motel.

This place was a wow. Clean lobby and rooms. Very friendly staff. I travel with work and stay in many hotels. I like to keep it below $100 a night. (Or 75). I am a bit skeptical staying at a Days inn because the one by my house is nasty. However when I saw this place I figured I would give it a try. Very glad I did. Is it as nice as a 5 star resort- of course not. But if you are looking for a nice clean place to stay with an indoor pool and free breakfast for less than $100- this is the place to be. Thank you!

I am here for a week with work and I found the room to be very clean and well decorated. The housekeeping staff do a splendid job and even though we have language barrier they understand my pleasure with their service. The front desk staff are super and very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone that was looking at staying here. Great service

I have no complaints at all. The hotel was clean, our room was clean, the staff was friendly and we felt safe. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels after night one of our stay in to a two night stay.

Staff was fantastic. Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job with the rooms when we would leave. The manager had gotten my reservation figured out since hotwire messed it up. Definitely will be going back next year to this location!

My sister is currently at ThedaCare Hospital. My brother in law left a message for the hospital case manager yesterday to thank them for their hospitality and the housing program. We hustled to get him hotel stay with Days Inn through the weekend very last minute (the night before he had to check out the hospital stay). The case manager called him this morning to inform my BIL that they would be able to extend his stay since my sister is still in the hospital for a long road to recovery. Bad news was that he was suppose to check in in 5 hours at Days Inn for the reservation I had set up. Knowing the cancellation policy, I figured there would be some fee penalty. Wyndham customer service were super nice to call the hotel themselves to explain the situation, which was something I could've easily done myself, but they went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible. Thank you to the manager, Dee (I believe), for waiving the cancellation fee which is going to save us from foreseen large hospital bills. We really appreciate the kind gesture! Our family has been renting at Days Inn to visit my sister for the past two weeks and we will continue to rent at this Days Inn.

They got us in at the last minute when another hotel messed up our rooreservation!our room was clean and comfey and the staff was very polite! God bless your business 🙏

We have stayed at this hotel every time we visited our family in Menasha for the past several years - our first stay was when the place first opened. It has the best rates of all the hotels in the area, we've always had a clean room and good service. Our kids have moved to a location a bit farther away from this hotel, but I would likely still stay here on our trips, just because it has been consistently good for the past several years.

Had a very pleasant stay.
