Just wanted to take a minute to say how wonderful this store is! Customer service is exceptional and they actually review your acct and try to save you money and make suggest additional services and cancel othered that don’t make sense. I will not go to another Verizon store this is my go to store! Shout out to Adam today and his excellent customer service and knowledge. I upgraded two lines on my account iphone15s and added services and he got my monthly bill to be LESS than what I was paying. Upgraded and setup of 2 new phones, review of acct and outcome in less than 90 mins…. Well done Adam!!!! Thank you.

Thomas took all the time I needed to make sure I understood details of the transactions made today. He made certain all of the information transferred accurately from my old to new phone. Then, helped me figure out everything I could possibly have questions about. The patience the staff showed all the customers that entered the store today was beautiful. They also showed each other kindness and respect.

Wonderful, transparent customer service! Everytime I walk into this particular Verizon facility my expectations are blown out of the water. This visit i worked with Jordan and Marcus, however all the representatives I have worked with were transparent, more than helpful, and genuinely looking to meet the needs I am asking of them.

Salesman was very helpful and Eben stayed open late to finish my install. While.i was there he orred to bring someone's phone to their house when the update was completed. Just a terrific place to do business and some of the best salesmen I've ever had to deal with.

It’s nice to know that some people still really care. This place has it going on. I have stopped several times and they have been most helpful. This last stopped with my grandson was the best. Thomas the sales person gets a gold medal for everything. If you can wait to work with these guys I don’t think you will be disappointed.
