Fish Tales Bar & Grill

Here I was, An outsider in a new town lookin for a good bite to eat. Pulled into Fish Tales Bar & Grill, Was met with a welcoming smile and greeting, seated promptly. After browsing a wide variety of foods including ; Burgers , Fries ( the good kind) , Sandwiches, Pizza, salads and soups and appetizers galore!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Had a great selection of beer including my favorite beer which no other bars ever have. Clean restaurant with darts, pool and pull tabs. Good variety of food and bar tender/ server was a sweetheart.

Great Northwoods feel in this log built bar and grill. The food is very good here. Hand pattied burgers made daily, no frozen burgers here. Homemade soups. Special's most evenings. Bingo and meat raffles every Thursday at 7p.
On/Off Sale with the largest selection of specialty beers around.
You can take ATV and Snowmobile trails right to Fish Tales. Gas, bait and groceries right next door.

Food was very good. We had the German burger OMG. Who would have thought to put sauerkraut on a burger. Over all services was awesome. Will be make another stop before we head back to AZ

I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap which was very good. No frills good food. I recommend this place.. don't take my word for it try it yourself.. you won't be disappointed!

Every time we have stopped here on our way back from up north, we have had a great experience. The food is really fantastic (garlic Mayo burger and tots), beer selection is really good (draft IPAs and more), and the service is always above and beyond. The place is super clean and always welcoming. Great local business to try if you’re in the area.

Popper burger was amazing! Candied jalapenos with a slice cream cheese. Burger was done to perfection as requested. Friendly bartender and plenty of tv's

Great bar and grill! Perfect beer on tap for craft beers and our lunch was great! Very busy and the waitress was wonderful! Will definitely be stopping when we come through again!

We had an app and a couple drinks. Spicy green beans with chipotle dipping sauce. Fabulous! Service was fantastic!

My husband, 2 kids and myself stopped here on our way from fishing. We had the BLT Burger and fries, kids had chicken drummies, mozzarella sticks and chicken wild rice soup. The food was incredible! The bartender was very nice and efficient also. We definitely recommend stopping here. We will stop back when we pass by again.

Show up before the kitchen closes! We made it in a few minutes before 9 and got food, but not the guys who showed up at 9:15. Typical small town bar with a bar menu. The chicken strips were good. The bartender and cook were nice. The bathrooms are clean. Lots of free parking. Often you can find some colorful local character hanging out.

This place is awesome! Great food, excellent service and spot on Northwoods feel. Went twice in the same day when fish weren't biting and turned the day around. Even with power out the second time the beer was still cold and the owner bought everyone a round. Would definitely recommend!

Wow great beer selections and I cant wait to try the bacon peanut butter burger. Awesome staff and great atmosphere!!!

Great little place up north great food great people. Had the Double Dave Deluxe it was incredible and a challenge to eat.
