Shady's Hometown Tavern and Event Center

Place was wonderful. We were there for a company party. It was catered entertainment plenty of room awesome food plenty of attention from everybody. It was this completely separate from the bar itself but was a well working oiled machine.

Great venue for events, live music and gatherings. Staff accommodating and friendly! We did not eat but came for the party!

Some of the best food I've had. The fries are super good and very interesting. I've never had flat steak fries? Not sure that's what they actually are but the only way I can explain them. Absolutely incredible place to eat and would highly advise to make this a place to stop by.

Stopped in for a quick meal after a long, hot day out in the sun! The Cuban did not disappoint, and I have left overs to bring the kids! Thanks Shady's!

We had a great experience, with great food and awesome service. The staff in the Event Center side helped us with the TV watching the Frozen Faceoff. The waitress serving our 11 people did an outstanding job. Best service we have had in years.

Great food and atmosphere!! Couldn't believe the size of the proportions!! I ordered the Nachos to share with someone else - and we couldn't finish it. Another person in our group ordered a salad and it looked like a huge mixing bowl!

Very good food. A little expensive but not bad. It is a bar but they do have a restaurant side that if you want to sit in you can. Small town place! I loved it.

For some reason, the two bars next to each other on this block seem to be suffering from an identity crisis. One calls itself a tavern, but it more closely resembles what I would describe as a sports bar. The other call themselves a sports bar, but it definitely has more of a tavern feel.

I couldn't get to the bottom of this conundrum. Perhaps you can. Both establmemts are great. I'd suggest you go to both and see what you can solve the riddle.

Ordered take out on 5/30. Arrived and even though the bartender was super busy she acknowledged me right away and said she would be right with me. I was very impressed by this as she was busy with what appeared to be a birthday party or some sort of celebration going on. Food was good, menu had a lot of great choices so can’t wait to see what I can try next!
A man who I am guessing to be an owner?/manager? Was clearing tables and also greeted me and was very friendly. Must have recognized I’m not a local ;-)

Very friendly staff. Open atmosphere. We meet there for a cousin get together and visited all afternoon. They were very busy, because of a few school events going on but our service was excellent our sever checked in through out the day. Food and drinks never disappoint.

Nice small town bar/restaurant. Main bar is only high tables but they were kind enough to let us sit in the banquet area where there are lower tables. Food was good. My whole party was happy with everything.

Staff is very friendly, prices are fair, and the environment is comfortable and clean. Bar is connected to the event center. Great fire weddings. Recently went there to watch a band, we love the big dance floor, so many people fit comfortably. I'll certainly be back.

Awesome small town bar everyone seems to know everyone. Great food and great bartenders who know how to make drinks well meaning they aren't too weak but they also don't mix them so strong it just burns the drink. Also has a dance hall attached to the side of it which is great for hosting weddings and stuff like that.

Good food. The waitress was really busy but she was friendly. We sat on the banquet hall side and it was very chilly.

We stopped for a beer yesterday, the staff at Shadys is always top notch and friendly. I recommend.
