The team did a great job with a minor fix on my rear defrost! They were very helpful and communicative. The work took exactly the time quoted. They even called to ask if it was okay for them to keep the vehicle overnight since they knew we don’t park in a garage so that it adhesive could dry properly in their heated garage. They even delivered the vehicle to my wife the next day! Exceptional work and will continue to use them for all our vehicles needs! 👍🏻

Nobody likes the idea of getting your car fixed; however dealing with Bauer auto makes it a lot less of a worry. Working/talking with these guys really makes a person feel better about making sure the vehicle gets fixed correctly. Would recommend and refer others here as well! Also deal with AUL extended warranty company! I will use again!

They did thorough assessment of my car to figure out what was wrong, ordered parts, next day parts came in and picked up car by end of day…running better than expected!!

Steve is great to work with. My recent visit was to replace front brakes. The specified brake pads that were put on the car squeaked the last few feet when the mechanic road-tested after servicing. Steve worked with his parts supplier to get upgraded brake pads that did not squeak -- at no additional cost to me. Very satisfied and will go back again.

Fantastic service and I really like the new tires that they recommended for me!

They did some major interior A/C and heater replacement and repair. They did quality work at the price quoted and in the time estimated. I would recommend them to anyone.
They also did several things to fix a bad vibration problem. They are very thorough and do great work.

I brought my Jeep in to have my brakes/rotors looked at. I thought they were getting bad. Todd looked at them and told me that they still were good and that he would not replace them if it were his vehicle. I appreciated the honesty and will bring my vehicles back there when I truly do need new brakes. He had to take tires off and even did a road test. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A THING!!!!

Honest, understanding and transparent even when the news isn't what you hoped for. You don't find that in a shop often enough. After my mechanic of many years was too busy i took a chance on someone new. Will recommend and will go back.

Fast and friendly service. Brought my car in because the front defrost was not working. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it fixed the following day.

These guys are great! Always treat me with respect, are good at working with you to have your needs met, have often done inspections for free if I did the repair with them. They have always been straight and clear about their work and prices. I drive the extra distance to them because they are the best I have work done from.
