They went above and beyond to help us out when were driving and heard something & lights came on and told us to pull over. We kept driving as we knew they were only a couple miles ahead and pulled in, & looked & a belt had broken. We showed them the belt and said they would go pick one up for us at Napa and put it on so we could be on our way. They whole process only took us about 45 minutes. Very Kind and Very Helpful! Excellent Service!

When every other dodge dealer said they couldn't get my vehicle in for 2-4 months, Albany made it happen and had my vehicle back within 5 days! Super friendly staff, excellent communication, knowledgeable mechanics. Even aired my tires up and squeezed in time for an oil change! We'll be making the 20 mile drive if any other issues come up. Highly recommend!

We were shopping for a replacement van and found Albany had a great inventory. We found the perfect Dodge Grand Caravan with the help of Jon Maus. Jon made the experience very enjoyable. A few days later two gentlemen delivered the van to us in New Prague. They had all the paperwork and made the process very quick and easy. We had a follow up visit earlier this week and enjoyed biking the Wobegon Trail afterwards. Great experience! Great customer service!

This is a 5 star service place. There was an older lady who was from the cities who had car issues and had her dog with her. The service people looked at her car right away and at no charge basically bandaged it up for her to get her home safely at no cost. The older lady couldn’t believe the service she received. It made me smile. When I got my vehicle back, it had a nice air freshener inside and a tag that said they vacuumed out the passenger side for me… this is top notch for an oil change.

I hate car shopping. It's so stressful for me that I put it off until I can't any longer. Not anymore!! I Love this place and the staff. By far the greatest car shopping experience I've had in my 62 yrs of life. I have told so many ppl to shop there since I purchased my jeep. We are already planning a trip to get my daughters next car here. I am completely in Love with this place. 😍

Hands down, the best car buying experience ever! Dalton was great to work with, he was kind, personable and took his time to point out features. This place was an hour and half drive for us but I would do it over again in a heartbeat. We will definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a recent oil change and tire rotation completed. They check one of my filters and brought it to my attention that it was dirty and in need of replacement. Received paperwork of the inspection and areas that would need to be monitored in the future. Appreciate there service

Oil change and tire rotation in about an hours time. Can't complain, and they even vacuumed the drivers side for us. Would recommend.

Recently,?i had my oil changed and tires rotated-great service! As I was ready to leave, a small tweezer that I had obstructed my emergency brake. The staff was so great, they took apart my console, recovered the tweezer and had me on the road in about 15 minutes-amazing service!! Thank you!
