Your service guys are great, The tires are very competitively priced.
But what is not good is the attitude given to me when I call and check on why my car has been there for 7 days and when I can expect it back. I am spending a large amount of money to have my jeep fixed and all I have gotten since the minute I stepped in the door is attitude from the front desk. Called twice and no return call- when this car is your way to work and to get groceries, it makes it tough- not everyone has more cars to drive. I simply wanted some answers.

Called and got in the day of. I did not know much about tires and was not sure what I needed. They were patient with me and help me choose the tires I needed. Change all 4 tires, an alignment and even fit in my oil change in two hours.I didn't mind. The waiting lounge was nice and cozy with great refreshments. Would definitely recommend this place!

Update: Husband checked over the works and found scratched on two of the rims. Understand accidents happen. Not to upset about it. We got reliable tires for our next adventure.

Not to long after knowing about the scratched I got a call, apologizing and seeing if then can do anything about it. Compensations or anything at all. I am very pleased with with Tiremaxx and would definitely come back and recommend this place. The best customer service.

Absolutely amazing service and value. We were headed up to the lake with our boat and blew a tire. I called the shop, they had the tire we needed in stock. They were minutes from closing and said they would stay late for us to arrive, we were super grateful. I did not ask pricing, however, when I saw the bill, they were VERY fair (I would have paid almost anything). The technicians were fast and efficient getting us back on the road. While paying my bill I found out this is a local family owned business and the owners (with an another tech or two) were the ones staying to help. One of the best experiences with businesses I’ve had in a long time!

Customer service has been good to me for many years now. I just had to deal with a warranty issue and they have been amazing to work with.

Eric recommended a set of tires for my old 2001 Dodge ram that were excellent in the snow and off road. This being the reason for bringing my 2014 ram here for a set of the same tires. The prices were great and the service was amazing.

Great Service, beautiful facility! Is not only a tire shop. Our car started skipping and running poorly on I 94 couple miles before St. Joseph. We pulled off the interstate and call tire Max they said they would squeeze us in if we were willing to wait 15 minutes – we gratefully excepted! When we got in, it actually only took 5 minutes for them to get our car back, they had it diagnosed within 10 minutes, and had it fixed in 20 more. Very polite, warm, efficient employees. The place is even decorated with wood palates and seasonal greenery. BEST experience I’ve had for any car service-road emergency or routine maintenance!

Great service, kind emoloyees, amazing prices, and THE BEST customer waiting area ever!! They've got WiFi so you can work while you wait, TV for entertainment, complimentary fresh popcorn, and a coffee bar!!!

I had an old manure spreader that needed a very hard to find tire and these guys did it overnight and it was a good price. The employees there are also excellent as even when they are busy; they continue to be friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this business.

Went for a tire change, they said 1-1/2 hr to get it done. Received a call 30 minutes later saying it was done. Will definitely go back with the great service we had.

Awesome place! Needed trailer tires and was on a schedule. They got me in and done quick at a good price.

First time visitor and very impressed with their service. Had my timing belt go on my old Jetta and which required major work on the engine/valves. Car worked very well for about a month and then started to sound like a truck (exhaust leak). Not only did they own their mistake but they also gave me a loaner car while they fixed it free of charge.

These guys go above and beyond to get you back on the road. We broke down outside St Cloud and Good Sam had us towed here. We had a half ton and 5th wheel. The back axle went on the truck. As soon as we got there they had their guys working on it and we were on our way home to Canada about 5.5 hrs later. They were friendly, efficient and so helpful! Will definitely recommend this place!!

I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for many years. They are honest and won't try to sell you what you don't need. They also have great coffee and popcorn and the waiting area is very comfortable.

These guys are amazing. Dropped the car off after hours on a Friday night. They had the car diagnosed and repaired within 45 minutes the next morning. Gary is fantastic!

I would highly recommend Tiremaxx. I had some concerns about my tires that I have recently purchased there. Eric handled the situation professionally, and kept a customer. I will be purchasing my next set of tires at Tiremaxx.

At 4:40 pm, I was just passing through St Joseph, heading to Fargo, when my alternator died. Luckily Tire Maxx was the last place on the way to the interstate. They got me in right away and replaced the alternator. I was back on the road in a little over 1/2 hour from the time I pulled in!!! These guys are awesome!!
