The staff here was very Helpful and Knowledgeable about their phones. I'm sure they know things about other things also.
My biggest complaint, what's up? The store was very dirty.

Staff was very helpful and got my phone data transferred even though the other store said they couldn't. Rachel was nice and attentive even with it being busy.

Had the pleasure of working with Matt and Cooper today. They are the new managers, and were very helpful. Will definitely get my return business!

Cooper was a huge help today. He set me up with 4 new lines and talked me through what phone was the best fit and even got me a home internet with a $20 discount.

Walked in as a family of 5 and received excellent customer service. I am never excited to get a new phone and was especially not looking forward to changing carriers. However, Sam is incredible! She was so helpful and answered all our questions. Never once did I feel rushed or like we were taking up too much time. Not until we were all set up and leaving did I realize that the store had been technically closed for some time and yet, not once did Sam try to rush us out the door.

Came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night with a dead phone. Bryanna was a massive help with getting a new phone picked out, set up, and even stayed late 15 minutes past closing to make sure the new phone was working, since there were issues that arose due to the old phone not being able to confirm changes.

Friendly, knowledgeable about all the questions I had, highly recommended.

These lady’s helped me regain $1400 in reimbursement due to a mistake that was made 2 years ago that I never caught. They didn’t give up and understood my frustration not at them but at the company. Amazing lady’s I’m glad they helped me. I was able to keep my cool pretty good and not flip at them even tho it wasn’t there fault

Jamal was Very Helpful, polite and courteous. I didn’t catch the shorter girl’s name, Great T-Mobile experience. Much better than the Tmobile that was near Walmart

Just left the sprint store in elk River purchased a Phone yesterday with Ryan. Needed help setting up my Apple ID came back Preston went above and beyond to set me up and make sure everything was working. Very thankful for all of his help. I could not have done it without him.A very good experience all the workers were very polite.

The girls helping my family were awesome and helpful. We had super old phones and they helped us get into a new cheaper plan and new phones. They made the process quick and painless.

I just need to say that my son and I went in on 1/3/18 to upgrade his phone and we had a very pleasant experience with Todd. I highly recommend dealing with him. He took a lot of time helping us and explained everything very thoroughly. He made the experience a lot easier.

James is an excellent representative of the Sprint brand providing fabulous customer service and humor into your visit. Upgrading my phones was a breeze.

Preston is the quintessential manager. He is very knowledgeable and professional and makes sure that you walk out of the store feeling confident with your purchase.

I've always had issues when trying to change or renew my contract and upgrade phones at the Arbor Lakes location. None of that here. Preston and Nicholas were friendly, fun, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. This process has been the smoothest one ever in 11 years with this provider. Highly recommend this location and staff over nearby locations!

I was very impressed with the great customer service provided by Andrea L and her co-worker Trent! They were incredibly knowledgeable about the plans and actually saved us money when we switched to a new Family phone plan offered by our phone carrier, thanks for making it a pleasant experience!

I Received an offer in the mail to upgrade my phone, so I went to the store and had the pleasure of working with Lucas. Lucas had me in-and-out of the store quickly and was able to answer all questions I had on the new note 8 which was a lot of questions LOL. He even went above and beyond and help me transfer all apps, photos, contacts and everything from my old phone to my new note 8. Thanks Lucas!!

Had an very refreshing experience here. The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. Was in and out in no time at all compared to some other places I've been.
