We had an emergency plumbing situation in our home and were new to the area. We found Nowthen plumbing on Google and gave them a call. The company is very responsive and definitely does their very best to take care of your needs quickly! They came prepared and efficiently completed the job. We were most grateful for the kind, courteous service we received. We will be looking to have them out again when our hot water heater needs replacing. Thank you for helping us!

I and my wife have used Nowthen Plumbing several times from remodeling projects to simple leaks. He answers the phone 24/7, he's fast and prompt. With Jeff there is no surprises. My hot water heater went out on a Sunday. I called the number on the webpage and actually got an answer. I explained to Jeff the issues I have having and that I was working with my home warranty. He was out the next morning and had everything already rolling. The warranty company was giving me issues but Jeff handled them and had the water heater installed with in 24 hours. Great down to earth guy who did great work. Very clean and left no mess or damage. I will be calling them for all future plumbing issues!!

I highly recommend Jeff at Nowthen plumbing - he is honest and does a great job. We had him install a hot water heater at our Ramsey property 5 years ago and has been quick to respond when you have issues or questions. Use this company - they are really the best.

Very nice people...

First off, I had to call at least three times to possibly try and set up a time for him to come out. He showed up a day earlier than the appointment. Then when I was explaining to him what I was looking to have done he not only talked down to me but was trying to explain how a heating system works. We have owned our home for 7 years and I know it’s quirks. Then told me it would be impossible to give a quote at all on the job. Not sure how you hire a company that won’t tell you on ballpark how much it would cost. I would jot recommend trying to contact this company for an estimate

I tried to contact them at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and they were closed. So I went online and submitted my info via their "contact us" page. Nothing. It's been a week and a half. So I won't be using them. Ever.
