Best music store in the area and the best I have ever seen in my entire life. No exaggeration (they have a LOT of guitar and amp inventory). I got a great deal on a guitar on their website and went to store to pick it up (make sure to use the 10% new customer discount code). The employees are very customer oriented and patient. The place is very clean and modern looking. The guitar tech supervisor personally came out to make sure the setup was ok. I had him tweak it a little and he didn't seem to mind at all. I was so inspired by the tone of the guitar I wrote a new song. That's a good sign. lol.

The first time I walked into Cream City Music, I felt like I was in guitar heaven! There is a wide variety of unique and vintage Fender's, and Gibson's. To make my experience just as great, the staff were very friendly and approachable. These guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to guitars.

The other day when I stopped at Cream City Music. After looking around for a few minutes, I then noticed that Cream City Music had my dream guitar, Maui Blue Fender Stratocaster displayed in the showroom. Once I picked up the Fender Stratocaster I knew I had to buy it. Of course my purchase experience was great with Andy and Paul.

It was awesome to finally purchase my dream guitar at Cream City Music!

Recently, I came from Madison to buy a guitar. The store has a giant selection of high-end instruments, and they were all well-maintained and clean unlike some of the big-box stores (coughGuitarCentercough). The staff was great and knowledgeable. It's nice to go to a music store where the employees are actually musicians. It was probably the happiest I ever felt walking out of a store after spending money.

Five stars!, I bought a beautiful guitar at a great price from Cream City. My experience has been the owners are honest and that they take great pride in customer service. I would not hesitate to buy anything from their Brookfield Wisconsin store or from their online Reverb store sight unseen. You can trust that the instrument will be as they describe it to be in the listing.

Came to look for an American strat, place was super busy but the employee's treated me like I was the only one there when I had questions. Very knowledgeable and patient. My new and only music store from now on 👍.

I bought a used SG tribute here and it's in perfect condition. The guitar shipped across the states and the packing was excellent. The set up on the guitar is absolutely perfect. When I'm ready to buy another used guitar I'll be looking at Cream City first from now on.

Amazing service from Cream City on a used Sully Guitar purchase!! Chad was super responsive with emails, additional pictures and proactively calling me. They did a great setup with new strings on the guitar and shipped it the same day that I called them. I have purchased a lot of guitars online and most of the time you struggle to get info from the store.

Cream City Music is the ticket! I bought a Gretsch guitar there over Christmas, and my experience could not have been better. Great customer service, knowledgable professional staff, very good prices, and don't get me started on the amazing selection in the store.

Since I am not from Milwaukee, the guitar i bought had to be shipped across the country to VA - not only did I get a notification it was in the mail just hours after my purchase, but the packaging was extremely well done - don't be nervous to have the Cream City folks ship you something; they know what they're doing. A big thank you to Paul, he did an excellent job advising me and answering questions.

Cream city is a top music shop, one of the best in the country. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. They have a great instrument repair department, and excellent selection and prices. From the guys who work here, all the way up to the manager and owner are all spot on.

Best music store in Wisconsin! Their guitar selection is incredible, great customer service and top notch guitar maintenance. Had my 1990s era Strat re-fretted by the skilled Cream City techs, and now it feels like a brand new guitar.

I've never purchased a guitar online before, so I was bit weary at first. Boy, am I glad I purchased through Cream City. I just received my guitar and its fantastic. All set up and ready to go out of box. It's suppose to be a demo model, but there are barely any noticeable marks on the guitar. I wanted to thank Paul Schell for helping with the whole process and making my purchase worry-free. I'd be coming back again for sure.

Forget all the big box music stores. You've come the right place now. I had the best experience with Cream City and I'm never going anywhere else for all my music needs.

I have been doing business with Cream City for the better part of a decade now and I have never once had a bad experience with them.

This past weekend, I purchased a new amp from them and was really appreciative that I was given ample time to try out the amp with different Guitars, different pedals and at relatively high volume levels (within reason and while still respecting other customers/staff). The selection of new/used instruments, amps and pedals that Cream City has at any given time is very impressive and it seems like everything they stock is extremely high quality.

After this most recent purchase, I felt compelled to share my experience doing business with this absolutely stellar vendor.

I purchased a great guitar from here that I eventually decided to return as it wasn't for me but I felt compelled to still leave a review because of the great communication and service I received. The guitar came well packaged, super clean, and setup! And when I requested to return the guitar, I got a prompt reply and even another update to when they would process the return. You know a business is amazing when the return experience is just as good as the purchasing experience. Trust me, I've purchased guitars elsewhere online and have had to go through hell to do a return. I will happily purchase from Cream City Music again in the future.

Recently I purchased a new Guitar online from Cream City Music and had it shipped to the east coast. It was inspected and restrung and shipped the same day that I ordered it. It was very nice to see my new guitar shipped so securely, double boxed with plenty of padding. The guitar itself looks fantastic after a quick look over. Andy my rep was great to deal with and very efficient. I wouldn't think twice about purchasing another guitar here, a very positive experience!
