John H, sales manager, supplied just what he said, two techs, who did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked hard and were both very courteous. I’m very happy with the result and highly recommend Rebmann Plumbing.

As usual, the service was great and the quality of work was excellent, but I considered the price to be extremely high for the work done. I understand that plumbing is generally expensive, but their price was just too high for the replacement of a mixing valve and a hose bib.
NEW INFO:Jimmy, one of the company owners, contacted me and reduced the cost to my satisfaction. I have done business with the company for several years now and this is the first time I had any concerns and they resolved them to my satisfaction. In my opinion, a true sign of good customer service and an interest in retaining customers.

I recently had a boiler service repair, and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. They promptly scheduled an appointment, arrived quickly, and efficiently identified the issue – a simple matter of the boiler emergency disconnect switch being off, which I hadn't noticed. They promptly turned it on and, to my surprise, didn't charge me for the visit. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism, making this service top-notch.

Melvin was professional, courteous and polite. He fully explained the status of my AC system and gave suggestions for future maintenance. He showed pictures of the system and elaborated on the condition. I would definitely recommend him and Rebmann.

Kosta was great! He came and helped us identify what was causing the ceiling to leak and was able to open up the ceiling and a closet wall to help make the repair. He did so with kindness and patience and good humor. Never fun or easy to have these types of repairs made, but if you need to get them done - Kosta at Rebmann was a great choice.

Very pleased. Robert & Kosta reset a difficult toilet that wasn’t originally done correctly. They were efficient & cleaned up the area. They were also very knowledgeable on other plumbing repairs needed. I would recommend Rebmann Plumbing.

I highly recommend Rebmann Plumbing. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. After discovering a water leak from my boiler, I called several companies and Rebmann was the most accommodating and helpful. They sent someone right away and explained that I needed a new boiler. They offered several options and didn’t push the more expensive units. Since it was right before Christmas, they promised that they would be to my house first thing after the holiday… and they were. A crew of 4 guys showed up and worked all day to remove the old unit and install the new unit. The next day, 2 men returned to install two new thermostats. At the end of both days, John came to check on the job. I am very happy with this company and recommend their services.

Alex from CityWide was sent to our house for our plumbing repairs. He was on time, pleasant, and he explained what he would do before and as he was doing it. Hi! This is our family's second review for Rebmann Plumbing.
We installed a new boiler. The job was complicated. After my first boiler was installed poorly and I had numerous problems over the years, finally I decided that I'm done with it and will install a new one. From my previous experience with Rebmann, I didn't want to work with any other plumbing and heating company, besides them. They were the only ones I could trust with this job.
I wasn't wrong. For 3 days a team of 4 people worked constantly (John, Paul, Danny, Antonio). They did an amazing job in installing a new 299,000 BTU gas boiler with new piping and other accessories. Now it's been almost 3 months since the time we have the new boiler. I wanted to wait little bit before writing the review to see how the new installed boiler will perform. We are enjoying the heat in the house comparable to the freezing times when we used to have a nightmare every winter. But the best part is our piece of mind. We know that even if a problem will occur this is a company who will fix it in the right way. No guessing or other issues. If someone who reads this review is looking for a great Plumbing and HVAC company, Rebmann is the one. It took me years to find a company like theirs. I noticed water coming out of the bottom of my refrigerator. I called Rebmann plumbing. The phone operator clearly told me that there was a $95 diagnostic charge whether they were able to fix the problem or not. The technicians arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly diagnosed the problem.They showed me a leak that was happening at the bottom of my refrigerator. They told me that they couldn’t fix the leak, but they turned off the water source for me and suggested that I get a new refrigerator.

The technician was a little on the later side if the time window but sent e-mail updates on timing. They identified the issue quickly and offered a solution. They are sending an estimate for the repairs

Franklin is a very professional serviceman. He examined the inside and outside units, and explained what is wrong with the system.
Then he gave me several options for repair and/or replacement, and to speak with the office about estimates.
Additionally, he arrived during the window for my appointment.

As usual, Rebmann was reliable, responsible and professional. My issue was fixed and my AC is working fantastic.
