They are fast, efficient and most importantly, get out all the tough stains in our carpets! We have a puppy who isn't quite potty trained yet and we're amazed by their ability to remove the stains. Each visit with them has been positive and we will continue to use them whenever we want our carpets cleaned

It was a big job. They worked steadily for 4hours and did a great job. They answered questions, went over pricing (which I had received via a phone estimate), and refined the phone estimate to exactly match the job they were doing. The high traffic carpet areas look much better than before. Everything looks and smells fresh. goodjob guys! Great service and great prices!

My son booked this company last week to have our carpets cleaned. They called me the night before the scheduled time to tell me they service tech would not be showing. When I asked why, they told me the tech doesn’t service my area. I asked if I could reschedule for when he is in the area and they told me they don’t service my area at all. Why would they not service an area the business is in! They’re located in Massapequa and I live in Massapequa.
