Had to go here for a colonoscopy and everyone treated me well. All the staff were kind and Dr. Sinha was great. They take their jobs seriously, and they make sure their patients are comfortable too. If you ever need peace of mind for your gut's health, I recommend this place.

Have been going to this group for years, colonoscopies and other preventative procedures have always been smooth. Will solid on all levels.

I had a great experience here with Dr. Momeni and the staff when I needed a colonoscopy. Very assuring, attentive, and just a great vibe. I never had one before and was extremely nervous. Tgey were wonderful.

Decent doctors and service. The worst wait times once you're in the doctors room, ever. Both times. Also spams my phone with appointment reminders about 2-3x a day by phone, email, and text.

The doctors at this location have have always been very competent, if somewhat lacking in bedside manner. The location is very convenient if you need blood work or additional laboratory services. However, there seems to be some turnover occurring that means that the doctor you start seeing may not be at this location for long. In addition, they recently changed which insurance types they accept, so I and other patients that I know have had to look for a different practice.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude when trying to figure out my apt time. I tried to explain the situation and she chose to make me feel bad. I will be going to a different doctor.

This place is a joke.. All they want to do is charge your insurance.. The nurse practitioner is rude and does not listen. This is a mill.. They do not care about their patients... They only care about billing your insurance as much as they possibly can...

Consulted with MD Dhali for hemorrhoid removal. Colonoscopy was required for hemorrhoid removal. I did the awful prep.
I arrived on time and went under
anesthesia. When I woke hemorrhoids had NOT been REMOVED.!!!

Called ahead of time to schedule a COVID test. The operator took my insurance and guaranteed me it would be accepted. They said “we get people from Europe, China, you name it! We accept everything!” Twenty days later I get a bill for $300!! Unacceptable! The only place I have ever been charged for a COVID test. So if you like your health in the hands of car salesmen, this is the place for you!

Front desk is friendly and professional but the nurses are the worst. I fill out five pages of paperwork and all of the information is there and this lady is too lazy and incompetent to read the answers right in front of her. I also suffer from an eating disorder and she said my weight out loud after I told her I suffer from this ailment. Extremely rude and unprofessional but not surprising treatment given how horrible this area is. I left before the doctor even came into the room. Nurse who led me into the patient room was also very cold and gave off nasty vibes. If you hate your job, switch careers, please. Thanks.
