My husband and I wanted to branch out and try out a restaurant in Port Washington. What a gem! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service from the wait staff (Ursula is great) and the food! We started off with small plates, grilled octopus was so tender and mussels in a white wine sauce and shared a Caesar salad. Then we shared a New York strip steak on a bed of potato purée and Brussels sprouts. Dessert was the apple crisp and everything with a lovely white wine. Indeed we came in hungry and left so, so satisfied! Definitely will come again. Enjoy! Note: Reservations a must…cozy place.. we came early so no problem but it fills up fast for Saturday date night!

Hidden Neighborhood Gem! The food and service was outstanding and I was happy with the portions and price. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. The cocktails were excellent and strong. We ordered from the specials menu, butternut squash soup it was perfectly balanced loved the small bacon bits. The steamed mussels are some of best I have ever had, a little spicy and the sauce was great for dipping your bread. For our main course I had pan seared rib eye which was so tender and tasty and my wife had the seared scallops over a bed of lentils and mixed mushrooms which was delicious as well.

First time trying this restaurant today for lunch and we really enjoyed the food and the service. Our server was Michael, wow he really was amazing. Very professional and polite, he made sure our waters were constantly filled, was very attentive and had a pleasant and cheerful personality. Thank you Michael for the great service!
Food was very good! I shared a mac and cheese with my mother and for entrees she ordered the grilled chicken breast and I ordered the special stuffed rabbit loin. They both were delicious. This restaurant is highly recommended and hopefully we'll be back soon.

Went in for a late night drink with a few girlfriends. The service was phenomenal. They were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We’re so excited to go back for dinner! Very welcoming and friendly staff!!!

Had a wonderful brunch here. Cozy but elegant surroundings. The food was fresh, innovative, and delicious. Friendly service. Would definitely return.

The food was very good. We sat at the bar to eat since it wasn't very crowded at the time we went. The bartender was personable and made sure our drinks were always filled. She made very good suggestions in terms of food choices for dinner as well. There seemed to be a good amount of regulars there at the time, which is always a pretty good sign. We had a few small plates and one entree to share. It was even a little too much for us, but everything was delicious.

Everything we got was pretty tasty! Staff was so lovely. And the ambience was great. Looking forward to going back!

Customer service was outstanding and welcoming and our food was amazing! Lobster Cobb Salad and Linguine with grilled shrimp and clams. Absolutely delicious!

Emma the manager went out of her way to ensure we had a great time. The staff was warm and friendly. The dinner was fantastic- the lamb, the sea scallops and the mussels were superb.
I am sorry we did not get to stay for dessert which we really wanted to do, we had a show to see down the street.
I will be recommending the wild goose and we will be back again soon.

It took me a while to come back and review this place but let me tell you what. I came here over the summer with my boyfriend when we took a day trip out to Long Island just to walk around and relax. Our bartender was phenomenal. He was so nice and we had the best conversation with him. He even hooked our phones up to chargers so they weren't completely dead when we got back on the train. There is so much good food here that I don't even know what to recommend. I can't wait to go back again!!

Excellent meal options. Couldn't decide what to get, so we'll have to be back. Everything was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was a bit busy and seating was a bit tight. Would have loved a bit more room.

Delicious, yummy, beautiful food. 😋 Left there stuffed! There were 5 of us who shared 3 apps and then each had our own entrées. There was too much scrumptious sounding food on the menu. Hard to decide. Was in a steak mood, so went with filet mignon. Like butter in my mouth! So much else to choose from though. May try the simple Lobster Cobb salad next time! 🦞

Not a very large space, but on a Tuesday night we were comfortable and fine amongst the other customers.

Came here last night for dinner. Parking was easy (LIRR across the street)
I had two Italian Old Fashioned’s, Wedge Salad, and Skirt steak with their potato’s and Brussel sprouts. The food was excellent as were the drinks.
The service was prompt (not too fast so we didn’t feel rushed).
The restaurant is on the smaller side so I suggest you make reservations, especially on a Saturday night. I highly recommend.

The food is fantastic the atmosphere ,service ,parking are all easy and convenient. Quick clean, no drama meal that was excellent. They are great with fish courses we have been there over 20 times and have never had a bad meal. Loved it. Go enjoy.......................

Everything is always Delicious! Love their seasonal specials menu as well. Guacamole and fresh chips is a staple. Truffle fries, Great! Cocktails on point! Definitely a 10/10 recommend to a friend. :)

We just had the family menu take out and what a deal! When I got home, the food was still piping hot. The buttermilk fried chicken - WOW, not even joking here. I wish I could have eaten the food at the restaurant but the food was not disappointing even though we ate it at home as is somewhat the case with other take-out foods. We appreciated everything from truffle oil in the mixed green salad to the smoked bacon bits in the gravy. The chicken was outrageously crispy and the mac and cheese was creamy. This has to be one of the best restaurants in Port. Its a MUST go. I also appreciated the courteous and friendly staff.
