Stop & Shop

This is a complete revision of a previous review:
We had a problem with an outdated item, and a sale not clearly defined. The general manager ( I will not disclose her name, for her privacy) went beyond all expectations to correct the problem and to send to us a proper store credit. You see, coming to the store for the refund was not feasible, as we live very far from any Stop & Shop (we were shopping as part of an out-of-town trip).
The manager made it right. If the corporate office is seeing this, you must note that your store manager , at this locale, cares deeply about her store and about her customers.

Very well organized and friendly Stop & Shop. Check their holiday cookies on sale.

Went stopnshop Sunday morning customer service was qúite helpful. Sorry forgot the gem of a lady name. Just a star. Who is always helping out. A real CEO. Or. Owner. Kevin

Located in Port Washington shopping mall. Great view of harbor. Selection excellent. Service was good. Lager # of store in mall.

I ordered my son’s birthday cake for the first time at the Stop & Shop Bakery. A young man with glasses assisted me with my order and gave me some of his recommendations. The day of my pick up, he had some issues with the printer where the photo that was to be used was not coming out as expected. He was apologetic and told me step by step what he was going to do to resolve the issue. He quickly finished my cake, it looked perfect, and the cake was a big hit at the birthday party. My cake was aboslutely delicious. The inside was very soft and fluffy, and the strawberry filling tasted very fresh. Great first experience!

The store in Port Washington NY is clean, safe and taking care of all! Senior hour is great and they are considerate. There may not be paper products , nor cleaning products but lots of meat dairy and vegetables. Thanks Stop and Shop

Clean, well stocked and good healthy food options... Stop & Shop has definitely been improving in the past year. The Nature's Promise line of healthy organic foods is one our our family favorites!!

Great place for one stop shopping. Huge store, nicely organized with very helpful staff. Today I had an excellent customer experience with a Boar's Head representative who helped me with finding the sweet and smoked ham I was looking all over for and the glaze.

Fast, easy, clean place.

This is a nice stop and shop. Clean, great people, GREAT barista at the Starbucks, funny cart guy, terrific organic aisles, and good bakery. The pharmacy is the best. Fast and eager to help. Also, great staff at the People’s and never a line.

This is my first choice over other area supermarkets including King Kullen and Target. The selection of fresh produce and meat is excellent and the Gas Rewards program has saved me up to $1.50 a gallon off the price of gasoline at local Shell stations.

.This Stop and Shops Is One Of My Favorite Stores To Shop At!! Its The Biggest Supermarkets I Have Shopped At This Year. They Have Great Sales Also Here!!!! So They Get Five Stars!!!!

I would expand buffet section and lower the cost a bit. Prices are better than most for groceries.
