Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jamestown, an IHG Hotel

I will definitely be staying here whenever my family and I are in town. Ive never been this happy with space, breakfast, and hospitality in a hotel. Lori was amazing. She welcomed me to the grand parent club, and was very attentive.

This Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located along my route driving east across the country. It was fairly easy to find a place to park my 20-foot moving truck and trailer in their lot, which was important. A pleasant surprise was how enthusiastically the two young women at the front desk reacted to my pet rat. When I brought his cage in, they wanted to meet him! So, they spent a little time holding and petting him, which he enjoyed. My room was comfortable (I especially appreciated the lighted workspace and the modern bathroom), and the breakfast was good. I recommend the cheese omelette and the fried peppers/onions/mushrooms. A nice combo to start the day. Oh, hah hah, one of the staff had drawn smiley faces on all the oranges, so, of course, I had to take one of those with me.
So cute! Checkout was equally pleasant. I would stay at this location again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and toiletries provided were good quality. The hotel smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals during our first two days though that did go away after a bit. The pool was not filled, unfortunately, and we were not aware of that at the time of booking. They did allow us to utilize the pool at the neighboring sister hotel (Hampton inn) which is just a short walk across the parking lot. I was very pleased with most aspects of my stay!

Me and my kids can’t wait to stay there again! We love the manger she is the sweetest and funniest and utterly most hard working woman. But the employees there as well are always helpful too. I have called and they are so helpful always!

Clean rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. Right off the highway, but never heard any traffic and within a few minute drive of downtown Jamestown and 30 minutes from the Allegany State Park. Friendly staff that decorated the hotel for the Halloween weekend.

My stay was highly enjoyable! I ended up extending for another night due to weather, but was very happy to stay another night in this fantastic hotel. Delaney, at the front desk, is a huge asset to your organization, and provided fantastic customer service.

This is more the standard I look for with Holiday Inn Express. Some of the older HIE are getting worn but this one was built sometime after 2016. Entrance is q little tight and so is parking if you have a big vehicle but great stay in my book. Only drawback if you have a first floor room as I did is that breakfast can get noisy in the AM. But I'd rate this in the top quarter for Holiday Inn Express which has become my go to hotel. Not the Sheraton or Four Seasons but def def not Super 8 or Red Roof Inn if you catch my drift.

Hotel was very clean. Had nice soap in the shower. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Room was big, comfy, & clean. Breakfast dining area was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Easy to find; welcoming front desk staffer; great, great rooms: there is new kind of hotel furniture for desk and clothes and suitcases and SOMEONE should have thought of this sooner. It is SO much better for a working trip especially but also for anyone traveling with small children: the middle bench, out of reach of the TV, would be perfect for them to color or play.
But the in-room Keurig and K-cups was a true winner. Good coffee in the morning is THE BEST.
BREAKFAST was fabulous! Omelettes, sausage (two kinds, fattening and chicken), fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, pancakes and yogurt. Two kinds of milk (wholesome for kids, fat free for others). Well, it is great. Chautauqua is beautiful in the fall--the colors are peaking now. Just gorgeous environment. Super clean.

The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the walls are a bit thin. I could hear everything upstairs and next door to me. Pack a white noise machine and you'll be fine. And the ice machine on the second floor was not working.

We couldn't get our king but they got us another spot in no time. Lots of sheet dust on the Keurig and counter tops but regardless it's the best hotel we've stayed at on our long trip. The receptionists were great and personal. And the breakfast options are great! And the lights above the bed are amazing for a kiddo scared of the dark!

I enjoy it every time! Beds are perfect and comfortable. I always sleep so well. The rooms are perfect.. with a place for luggage, Cool lighting, fridge if you need it. The shower has great pressure. So clean and like a spa. Cable is nice. The breakfast is good and covers all bases with choices. Tasty and well appointed. The coffee is very tasty in the room and stairs. The pool is warm. Great place for families! We have two under 12 and they love it. And it is close to many things, great location.

This hotel was excellent. This price could not be beat. The location was safe and free from riff raff. Outside was kept clean, free of trash or other debris. The rooms were super clean and smelled fresh. The shower was huge and the room had plenty of room also. The elevators made travel through motel very easy. They don't allow pets and that sucked because my dog had to sleep in the car. We had been on the road for 13 hours and in that area they are limited on motels, so we made it work. I would recommend this motel to everyone. Also the lady at the desk was so nice and helpful!!

This was a pleasant surprise! We were just passing through Jamestown on the way from A to B, and didn't expect much. This Holiday Inn Express was very modern and tidy - so much so, that the room almost made a bad first impression! It just didn't look like your usual hotel room. But everything was neat and functional, and most importantly, the bed was comfy. I really liked having both soft and firm pillows (labeled, even!)

Breakfast was hot and good. The hotel staff serving breakfast (because of COVID precautions) were prompt and friendly. The scrambled eggs could have had a nicer texture, but I'm not going to bump down a star for that, especially considering how good the coffee was.

Excellent place to stay! Room was clean and I loved the oversized shower! Per Covid protocol we were served breakfast and this was a cool treat. Enjoyed some fresh strawberry jam- courtesy of the manager. Really happy with this stay!!

Plus I like that they do things like the dress down Fridays. Always good to help a good cause.

The rooms we stayed in we're nice, clean, and spacious (suites). We had two small children with us, and they let us borrow two cribs and had them set up in our room by the time we got back up there from the pool.

The pool was SO nice!! It was the warmest hotel pool I've ever swam in, and we had such a great time in it that we literally visited the pool 5 times over the course of our two night stay.

The continental breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, pancake, Greek yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, etc. The breakfast sandwiches were particularly delicious, and they kept fruit and coffee out all day long, for anyone who needed a pick-me-up during the day.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to stay overnight in this area of New York State, this hotel is for you. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The indoor pool was warm and enjoyable after a long day.

The people here were very friendly, as soon as you walk into the hotel you feel welcomed. It has homey touches all over that not only appreciate and show how much they care about their employees but also how well done of a job they do too. Their employees keep up with the place, always checking in with you and cleaning up. The pool was alright, nice and cool. We got everything we were told we were going to get. Breakfast was good and enjoyable, overall the whole stay was excellent. Only down fall is they have two Dolly’s for the whole hotel which is a struggle sometimes, but it is well made up for.

Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. Changes for safety during the pandemic seem very adequate. There are limits for number of people in the pool, but my family didn't have any trouble finding plenty of swim time! The gym is currently closed. The hot breakfast for the weekend was nice with lots of variety and a staff member serving food to minimize contact.
