I'm I'm plant junkie so I always check and see what home depot has when I'm in the area. They had a pretty decent indoor selection this time and lots of outdoor plants too. Prices are reasonable.

Absolutely love to wander and look at all the new up coming new tools. Very helpful and friendly workers. More than willing to help locate and find what need.

As always a good store. Home depot and I have a love hate relationship. They love and I hate how much money I spend here. Atleast while I spend all my money they have awesome customer service and team. Never hard to find someone to help find what I may need/want.

Ordering shiped to the house or to the store are great. Going into the store tho needs to have at least one associate in every department, but garden needs one inside and one outside. The associates also need to pay attention for customers to see if they can do something for them. Instead of what I witnessed on 5/8/2022 the associates talking amongst themselves and not caring about customers. I was even standing right next to one and had to call him back to me to get assistance. Other than that the store is good.

I was in Home Depot looking for a specific Xmas gift & was quite disappointed that what I had wanted was sold out. But thanks to employees Bob & Mia, they were able to help me locate another item that was even better than the one that I had wanted. Definitely made my night.👍

I love this store. I recently relocated to Jamestown to live with my fiance. I don't care for Jamestown, I'm from Buffalo and Jamestown is a mini Buffalo (stop doing that Jamestown, don't ruin your beautiful historic city). But then he took me to this store. Good lord I want to live in this store. The smell alone ... Lumber... I just simply love this store!!! Plenty of parking, great staff, but above all they have everything I love. Lumber, doors, windows, power tools, hardware, gloves, and so much more. I'm gonna find out if we can get married in the Lumber section of the store (knock on wood) let's hope they say yes! If not, I will still always love this store more than any other I've been to Buffalo to Jamestown. Did I mention that I love this store? You guys are awesome, please stay awesome! Whatever you're doing, it works.

Everything you need for you home ..this is the excellent place to pick up.. tools and wood for you protect..and something different..

Expensive but where else would you go harbor freight na not my place of choice for tooling although cheap it never last and home depot always has a good selection of brand name tools 👍👍✌✌

Always have what I need

Was there Saturday, 10/10/20. Rob in the lumber section was great. Helped me find and pick out the trim I needed and then he cut it to size, walked with me to cash out and walked me right out to my car, where he loaded the extra long pieces and made sure all was secure and safe. Great guy, great representative of the company.

The customer service staff went above and beyond to make us happy. The product we were looking for said it was in stock but wasn't. So the staff member at customer service named Anthony gave us the next step up for the price of the one that was not there. Awesome way to make someone happy.

We had an amazing expericence at the Lakewood, NY home Depot. We had a very complicated order and Pat at the service desk was so helpful and patient. Amazing customer service. And Tony was wonderful helping us load the carts and the truck. Excellent service and experience! Thank you!

The service was great but their wood definitely isn’t edible… I remember how good pencils used to taste in elementary school, but I took one bite of a 2 by 6 and regretted everything instantly. I’ll stick to my pencils.
