Great location and staff does things right. I'm not sure what other people complain about, but I've never been to another Panera besides this one, and every single time has been delicious. The staff is friendly, the manager is friendly. I think a lot of people just like to complain about everything in life. I have no issues with the food or service, dine in, or take out at this location. Great job!!

We placed an order through the app and due to bad signal, it was placed for ASAP, and we were still an hour and a half away. I called and spoke with the staff to make them aware, and they indicated that it was already started and that we could use the microwave to warm it up. They did agree to waiting for our arrival before starting the drinks. When we got to the store, they started our order so it would be fresh. What a wonderful staff and highly rated customer service!! Thank you all!

The food, customer service and the atmosphere are always amazing. The staff really care about the customers and do everything that they can to make the customer happy and satisfied. They are also very quick and almost always have the order perfect!

I love Panera Bread. Soup and salad is my go to. I even buy the soups at the grocery store because I think they're so yummy. Fast, friendly service. I have never been to a Paneras I didn't like. Clean, friendly, and food is delicious. It's my go- to when I need a fast food on a trip.

Decent place to eat. Oatmeal with strawberries and brown sugar, no pecans.

Had a flatbread peperoni and was my first time visiting. I loved the pizza, the sauce was a nice smooth sweet sauce and it was topped with very nice cheese. As a pizza person it ranks on my top 5 pizza's. The ordering with the tablet and waiting for food was a little strange with unsure how it worked. Overall amazing place, food came out quick and was a nicely plated.

The food is always perfect. The regular fare we all love, but always some new things to try. The manager is really involved, running food out for curbside, but engaging with the sit-down customers. Great place!

The cashier was friendly, patient, and helpful. Our order was ready in around 5 minutes and was correct. The manager is super personable and readily available. The temperature frequently feels on the chilly side to me and the music style sometimes annoys me, but it is not loud or obnoxious. I enjoy trying the different types of caffinated lemonade, and my husband appreciates the unsweetened tea. Our go-to meals are the Baja Bowl with grilled chicken and one of the flatbread pizza options. We often will add on a .99 bakery item; usually a pecan braid or a chocolate croissant.

We stopped in for lunch. We both had soup and a pastry. Panera is a great place for lunch. The food is excellent and the service is fast.

Thank you to Sam and his team for a great experience! I came with a bus load of people tonight for a quick dinner stop on our way home, and our bus had an air conditioning malfunction. One of the cashiers put me in touch with the manager right away, and they provided us with waters and a big box of ice for us to keep cool on our trip back to Rochester. We so appreciated the thoughtful and quick action they took to save our day! The food was great and they were quick to make dietary accommodations too! Be sure to stop in to get friendly food service!

We will definitely be back. We usually do the drive thru or the order pick up. This time we decided to eat inside to celebrate my birthday. The manager or owner was the nicest guy. He was shoveling and salting the walkways and stopped to greet us and thank us for coming. While we ate he also came over to ask how things were. Then as we left he thanked us again for coming. His courtesy and kindness is not found everywhere that’s for sure.

we come here all the time. Even tho everyone has been nice...at times napkins or utensils missing ( we always go thru drive-thru & eat in the car). These last few times the young lady on the intercom & at the window has been EXCEPTIONAL...great personality & customer service. YES IT IS NOTICED & IT DOES MATTER.

food is a little pricey obviously but I think it’s worth it. it is always fresh and my order has never been wrong. everyone that works there is extremely friendly and kind and they always make my day :)

It’s always fast and easy to get food and beverages from Panera.

Never had a bad meal from panera, everything is always fresh and delicious. The turkey bacon bravo is my absolute favorite! And of course the broccoli cheddar soup is a must too!
