I used Amwell Auto Body to repair my vehicle which was in an accident. The guys at Amwell Body did an outstanding job repairing my car, and they even had my vehicle fixed way before they initially estimated it would be finished. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I truly appreciated. They did a remarkable job getting my Lexus back on the road, and it looks and drives like brand new. I also want to mention about an enterprise rental office there at the same location, so you can pick up the rental car there and the process so easy. Also, I don’t want to forget about the receptionist who provided superior customer service too.. This is an all star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ shop here. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The great: quality of their work, ease of Geico experience, on site rental pickup and drop off.

The good: nice people, clean place, friendly office.

The bad: they are overly optimistic. Told me a week, was closer to 3. I think they mean well but they overpromise. They should be more conservative in their messaging so they don't get people's hopes up.

Overall 5 stars.

Great experience with Amwell Auto Body this month. 1st time working with them, they restored my Honda CR-V to perfect condition after a front end crash. Very happy with the communication and quality of work. They were quick to answer the phone each time I checked in and gave me realistic expectations on my repair- will use them again if needed!

My car was hit by a deer. If you have Geico, it's a seamless transition into a rental car which they bring on site for you to drive. I appreciated the clear information that was given to me in the beginning. My car came out like NEW. Thank you Amwell Auto Body.

2 weeks ago, despite slamming on my brakes I collided with 2 deer. Moderate damage to the front of my car. Frustration and dollar signs ran through my head. My local auto body shop was very backed up and went with Amwell Auto body repair as second choice, but ended up being the best service and repair I ever had! Car rental representative met me on site with a rental car. Repair was completed in 5 days. My car looks great and was detailed clean inside and out. Thank you Amwell Auto body for turning this experience around for me! Now a dedicated customer!

Went here when my car was hit, my 1.5 year old car!!!!, as their insurance company directed me to Amwell. What a GREAT experience. Professional, fast and quality work! (Oh and make sure you say hi to the office dog, Bailey. She is a good gurl!). I will use and recommend these guys whenever appropriate.

This is my second review. They are professionals who do good, consistent work. John is super pleasant and the business runs like a well oiled machine.

My vehicle got into a minor incident recently. Geico suggested this facility. Back bumper was damaged. Needed paint and minor body work.

I just want to say these guys are great. My insurance company sent me to them once I put the claim in. I stopped by for an estimate one day. Then I made an appointment for the repair the next week. Enterprise also worked directly with the insurance company.They picked me up and gave me a brand new Infiniti to use while my car was in the shop. Everything went seamless. My car looks great and they even cleaned the inside. Highly recommended.

I recently took my Ford Explorer to Amwell due to bubbling paint on front hood and large sections peeling. I was told by Amwell that this is a common occurrence with some Ford vehicles. They were very knowledgeable about it and educated me on why it was happening. Apparently some hoods were made of different metals of which the paint did not adhere too well. Repainting it was not a good idea as they said it would keep happening. They actually suggested for me to try and get Ford to pay for it (which I did, but had no luck due to it being out of warranty). So Amwell ordered me a new hood and painted it the color of my Explorer. They did a great job matching the color to the rest of the truck. I dealt with both Gordon and Tom and both were courteous and polite at all times. They worked with me on returning my vehicle quickly and when I picked it up it was washed and vacuumed and it looks terrific! I highly recommend going to Amwell Auto body for any of your needs! Great work! Attention to detail. I must add that EVERYONE at the shop is friendly and has a genuine desire to do the right job. That said I had two separate minor details with a clip and bracket and John corrected both issues without question. I highly recommend Amwell for the excellent work and general all around good feelings working with them!

You guys get a 20 out of 10 just because they went above and beyond to fix my Beamer…. OMG ITS FLAWLESS!! If I had 4 thumbs I’ll give it 4 thumbs up!!!!!

I cannot recommend Amwell Autobody enough!! In the past 6 months alone I went to them for 2 different cars (bad luck to say the least) - 1 car got hit while parked in a complex and the 2nd got a paint chip from a rock/door hit. They are very professional and the pricing was great. The turnaround time is quicker than ever and I was never without my car for more than 5 days. The work they did was above and beyond and both cars looked brand new once they were done. They even got a carwash! I never second guess where to go for car bodywork - it's always Amwell!

This place is great! I came in with my Acura about a month ago after a deer hit my car and they did a perfect job fixing it. They even vacuumed my interior (which was kind of gross when I dropped it off). Just make sure you call in advance and make an appointment for an estimate so that you don't have to wait. I would definitely recommend them!

I used Amwell back in 2016 after a deer mangled my front driver side, and just recently got my vehicle back from a parking lot incident that left my rear passenger panels a nightmare. Return time was very swift, and my vehicle looks flawless. Their work is very respected and has been for a significant amount of time. If you are an associated New Jersey Manufacturer's customer, it's worth your time to use this business.

I have always taken my vehicles here and have always been satisfied with the work. Amwell has worked on cars of mine from a 2003 bmw up to a 2015 M car. Top notch and stand behind their quality. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.
