MD Contracting has done an amazing job with our roof replacement/repair from Ida damage, new gutters, and flooring installation! My family has been using them for years- from everything to including fully remodeling bathrooms, fireplace makeovers, egress windows, basement finishing, roof installations, and more. I highly recommend them! Super friendly staff, reasonable, and professional with every job.

Based on great reviews on social media, I chose MD Contracting & Roofing to replace my roof and multiple skylights. Those 5-star reviews did not disappoint. The owner, Mike, came out to my house, climbed the two-story ladder, walked the steep roof, jumped from one section to the other, and took precise measurements. When I saw that, I knew he got game and he had done this before 😊Very professional! He then provided me with a detailed proposal within a few days, and I was allowed to revise the proposal to my satisfaction. The mechanics he hired were very experienced and skillful. Great craftmanship. Highly recommended!

I contacted MD Contracting for an estimate on my kitchen backsplash. Danielle Deegan contacted me within a day! I loved that they were flexible and accommodating. They came out to give us an estimate by the end of the week. They were prompt in their response time and reasonable with their pricing. It was nice to see them show up on the day the job was being done as well. The team was great and my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the results!

Mike and Danielle were amazing to work with! We worked with them on two large projects one of which involved an insurance claim. As first time homeowners, they explained every step of the process, worked with our insurance, and were transparent on cost, timeline, and any changes. Both projects were done on time and on budget. More so, they answer the phone when you call/text and come when you need them! As a busy family with kids, it was a relief not to be left hanging. I almost hate to leave such a great review because then they will be harder to book--but the secret is out :) I have used MD twice and twice the work was amazing. They were professional, on time and delivered high quality. I love that they show up when they say and stay until the job is done. No days juggling jobs!!!!

We have used MD for several projects (3 bathrooms, a basement renovation and a sun room update). They do excellent work and are responsive to any tweaks or changes you have along the way. Recommend for sure.

We highly recommend using MD for any of your home repair or building needs. We’ve had Michael and Danielle and their team work on at least four projects in the house of varying scale from sealing leaky windows to solving complex HVAC issues; every time they have produced a great end result that always exceeds expectations. MD are quick to answer the call when needed in an emergency (pieces of a roof come off? They’re out there within 12 hours!) and have a wide range of experience solving any problem. We appreciate having MD at the ready and will always use them in the future!
